Its so easy to use. There is a lot of flexibility on how to create steps (recording, screenshot etc). The barrier to getting started and getting value from it is extremely low as there is barely any setup required. Ability to voiceover and blur content are really nice. Remarkably complete product, accessible-ish pricing for smaller organisations or independent users. Knowledgeable and very personable Customer Success representatives. It's a relative delight to use, with a modern and full-featured user interface and ample opportunities for the user to customize and tailor their supademos. The Growth Plan comes with a significant cost increase, but given the ease of recording the source material, the power of a one-click HTML environment is simply not to be understated.
