Very user friendly, different aspects to the EMR are common-sense based, easy to locate, and if that ever fails the customer support is quick, efficient and thorough.
Despite difficulties transitioning from another EMR (due to the previous program's lack of information) any personal notes or programs such as wait-lists are very easily entered and supported by Stride with all the details I could want.

no real complaints, the only hiccup is having to log out in order to access the intake form from the patient side but that's easily avoided by simply using another browser.
