What do you like best about Stride EMR?

Very user friendly, different aspects to the EMR are common-sense based, easy to locate, and if that ever fails the customer support is quick, efficient and thorough.

Despite difficulties transitioning from another EMR (due to the previous program's lack of information) any personal notes or programs such as wait-lists are very easily entered and supported by Stride with all the details I could want.

What do you dislike about Stride EMR?

no real complaints, the only hiccup is having to log out in order to access the intake form from the patient side but that's easily avoided by simply using another browser. I only had a complaint to list because there was a minimum character requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration of documentation, with billing and accounts receivable. Highly efficient.

Not able to carry an initial evaluation from an old case to a new one

What do you like best about Stride EMR?

Fast documentation with time savers such as AI assessments, saved text, custom templates, and carryover from prior notes. Billing side is so easy to use I did all my billing myself for the first year without issues. Customer service is flawless, fast and personal. Compliance trainings from Rick Gawenda are somehow free with Stride?? Bonus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stride EMR?

As a new company, I do sometimes find software bugs, but the team fixes them super fast. There are a few small user interface things I don't like, but once you learn them they're not difficult to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
