Despite difficulties transitioning from another EMR (due to the previous program's lack of information) any personal notes or programs such as wait-lists are very easily entered and supported by Stride with all the details I could want. Overall easy to use without sacrificing situational complexities **What do you dislike about Stride EMR?** no real complaints, the only hiccup is having to log out in order to access the intake form from the patient side but that's easily avoided by simply using another browser. I only had a complaint to list because there was a minimum character requirement. **What problems is Stride EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** regular scheduling, electronic chart management, task organization, waitlist organization and management, insurance billing, patient communication, everything really. It has been a full access to every part of the business in the easiest and continuously improving system I could imagine ### 2. Highly efficient. It is saving our administrative office lots of time at the same time as eliminating errors. It is a great solution Documentation, paperwork, is friendly and easy to use and is customized to the office needs. The Stride team is constantly making updates and upgrades on the system. Customer support is prompt on addressing any issues The ability to check on insurance coverage from the platform and having the information updated on the chart within seconds **What do you dislike about Stride EMR?** Not able to carry an initial evaluation from an old case to a new one Lacking the ability to cancel automatically future appointments when a patient is discharged **What problems is Stride EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** constantly improving the EMR and the efficacy of the of it ### 3. Billing side is so easy to use I did all my billing myself for the first year without issues. Customer service is flawless, fast and personal. Compliance trainings from Rick Gawenda are somehow free with Stride?? Bonus! **What do you dislike about Stride EMR?** As a new company, I do sometimes find software bugs, but the team fixes them super fast. There are a few small user interface things I don't like, but once you learn them they're not difficult to work around. **What problems is Stride EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** New PRM software has replaced my Constant Contact.
