I like how Streak works directly within Gmail, so I don’t have to switch between tools to manage emails and pipelines. I use Streak to track email open rates and clicks, which helps me identify which leads are opening my emails without guessing. I have been using streak since a long time for my daily work purpose. It helps alot in email tracking as it gets connected to my gmail so it gets very easy for us to track all the emails shared to clients and for the HR team to check their email to candidates. Streak + Gmail is really powerful. First I love that I can easily connect it with my Gmail. Nothing fancy, just setup and you're good to go.

My favorite is the 'Email tracking' where it informs me real time, what email was viewed or opened, how much time the client stayed on the email and if or when links are clicked. These are important information real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of it's features are still not a ready to go template, but I need to set it up almost manually. For example, the Pipelines are ready as a template but to optimize it's use, there are still few steps to take, to upload or add etc. And not just 1 click or 'next' button.
