    "Great Outlook to Salesforce connector: LinkPoint Connect is a great way to sync Outlook to Salesforce. You can easily record emails sent and received to leads, contacts, accounts, and cases in Salesforce. It automatically finds matching emails and will record everything contained in the email to the matching email, but if you need more control you have the option to select who it is recorded to or if it needs to be recorded to a case as well. From there you also have the option to edit what is recorded to Salesforce with out changing the message that was sent. You can also create a followup appointment or task right from the pop up window."

    "Makes procurement tracking easy: I'm not sure how they do it, but GovWin takes all the scattered bids and contracts at both the federal and state level and makes them easy to search and track. They also have insider intelligence on bid status that gives users information that's not available anywhere else. I get daily email alerts from them on my set searches, which saves me the time I'd otherwise have to spend tracking individual procurements. They also often have pdfs of past RFPs and contracts, which is great for business development purposes."

So we can take advantage of one of the main advantages of the service of notes par excellence, which is precisely that of allowing us to take audio notes. And with it the possibilities are endless, since we can take advantage of a VoIP call to establish the work we have to do and then have everything available in Evernote. In addition, Callnote is a very simple application to use since we just have to run it, go to the Evernote tab and log in and then start any Skype call and click on the red button to start recording the call, which can be be up to 8 participants. When saving it in Evernote, it also registers who the participants have been and also what was the starting time of the call and its duration. Callnote also serves to record video calls from Skype, Facebook, Google Hangouts, Viber, online meetings and webinars (GoToMeeting and Webex), the most popular video conferencing services currently on the market are supported by callnote Callnote offers 10 free recordings per month with no time limit, obtaining an adequate video quality.     "Rocket Notes for Salesforce made Personalized gifting and outreach Simple: The ability to send a follow up card or personalized gift right from our Salesforce CRM across leads, contacts or campaign features with a click of a button. The editor for the cards is super flexible and developing content or messaging for reuse can be saved and reused across cards, logos and personalizing things like Golf balls , water bottles and mugs has been really effective and clients like it. I like the fact that the status of shipped item is right on the contact and lead record so we know when the recipient received item so we can follow up immediately. One nice feature is we can set budgets for our sales team to manage our spend across rocket notes users. We are using the built in reporting in salesforce and dashboards are nice to allow us to see the whole picture across the sales and gifting programs. "
