## About StockIQ
StockIQ is a modern supply chain planning platform designed to help organizations improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and strengthen cross-functional planning. It was created by former supply chain practitioners who experienced the limits of spreadsheets and legacy systems firsthand. The platform connects directly to a company’s ERP and provides analytics, recommendations, and automated planning logic that help teams make faster, more confident decisions. Today’s supply chains face constant volatility. Planners must balance cost pressure from finance, service expectations from sales, and operational constraints across supplier networks. StockIQ is built to give teams a clear view of demand, inventory, supplier performance, and replenishment needs within one system, so they can respond quickly and reduce the amount of manual analysis required. Key capabilities include advanced forecasting, automated replenishment planning, safety stock optimization, supplier monitoring, and tools for SIOP collaboration. These functions are designed to provide planners with actionable insights rather than raw data, helping organizations reduce stockouts, increase service levels, and streamline planning cycles. Core features and capabilities • AI-driven forecasting that analyzes historical sales, seasonal patterns, and demand variability for accurate predictions up to 18 months ahead • Replenishment planning with dynamic safety stock calculations and automated purchase recommendations • Inventory optimization using item classification, service-level targets, and detailed visibility into projected stockouts and fill rates • SIOP support that brings sales, finance, and operations together on a shared view of demand and inventory • Supplier performance tracking through scorecards and exception alerts • Multi-location planning with recommendations to balance inventory across the network • Promotion and pricing impact modeling using elasticity curves and scenario analysis Value for supply chain teams • Reduces manual spreadsheet work and consolidates planning processes into one integrated environment • Improves decision-making with real-time insights on demand shifts, supply risks, and order priorities • Supports fast implementations through prebuilt ERP integrations and configurable workflows • Helps teams shorten planning cycles and focus on strategic analysis instead of manual data manipulation • Provides a user experience tailored to planners, built by professionals with hands-on supply chain backgrounds StockIQ is designed to function as a long-term planning partner rather than a one-size-fits-all tool. Its flexibility and practitioner-built workflows allow organizations to adapt the platform to their supply chain structure, helping teams operate with greater accuracy, alignment, and resilience.

## StockIQ Reviews
  ### 1. A Powerful Tool for Smarter Inventory Decisions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan David N. | Customer Care Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

What I like best about StockIQ is how it brings together a lot of important inventory insights in one easy-to-use platform. The UI and overall user experience are intuitive, making it simple to navigate reports and quickly find the information I need without feeling overwhelmed.

I also appreciate the integrations because they help connect with Netsuite and create a more seamless workflow. The platform performs reliably, which is especially important when making decisions around inventory, demand planning, and product performance.

From a value perspective, StockIQ provides a strong ROI by saving time, improving visibility, and helping us make smarter decisions that can positively impact sales and inventory management. The onboarding process and support team have also been helpful in getting the most out of the platform and making sure questions are addressed along the way.

What stands out most is the intelligence behind the platform — it helps turn complex data into actionable insights, allowing me to make more informed decisions, anticipate challenges, and better support brand growth.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve when you're first getting started because there are so many features and reports. Once you get familiar with it, it's a really powerful tool.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ helps solve the challenge of having inventory, sales, and forecasting data spread across different sources. Instead of spending time pulling reports and trying to piece everything together, I can quickly see what's performing well, identify potential stock issues, and make more informed decisions. As a Brand Manager, that means I can better plan promotions, support product launches, and collaborate with other teams using reliable, data-driven insights rather than guesswork.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Juan, thank you for such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that StockIQ has helped improve visibility into your inventory and demand planning while making it easier to turn data into actionable insights, all which have contributed to a strong ROI.

We appreciate your feedback on the initial learning curve. With a platform as feature-rich as StockIQ, we're always looking for ways to make it easier for new users to get up to speed and realize value more quickly.

Thank you again for your review!

  ### 2. StockIQ Makes Managing Thousands of SKUs Easy, with Great Integration and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin B. | Purchasing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

We have thousands of SKU's across 13 locations, StockIQ makes it possible for us to review them all and focus on outliers and problem areas. It integrates well with our OS for live order uploads which is great too. We are based in Australia but still feel like we receive really good support despite the time difference! System is easy to navigate and use, and for the annual price it's a no brainer, we are so accustomed to it now that i can't imagine doing out job without it!

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

We have some occasional integration issues with overnight refreshes (that is 100% because of our clunky data & system customizations using BC365, and not SIQ) but sometimes throws some spanners into the works! I also would love a view where excess/dead stock etc can be rolled up company wide. It's fine knowing if an item is dead at one location but not another and it suggests you to move it, but a rolled up version would be fantastic in addition!

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have 8-9 people in our procurement team which we have been able to reduce to 4 despite nearly doubling our revenue in the last 4 years. SIQ has helped make us a lot more efficient with an easy to use system for monitoring excess/dead stock, branch transfers, sweep backs, sales analysis etc. Plenty of features to use, i probably haven't even used half of them!

  ### 3. Cost-Friendly Starter ERP with Good Support, but Demand Screens and KPI Reporting Need Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger A. | Demand Planning Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Good and cost friendly introductory ERP system for companies looking to make to leap from pure excel spreadsheets to an ERP systems.
Support is good and they are constantly developing and looking to improve the functionality .

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Given it is a price competitive system amongst its peers (and I have worked on other, cost premium systems) I would like more ability to tailor the Demand screens to meet the company's needs.
KPI reporting is not the best. Not very intuitive.
Some of the AI/Algorithm suggestions look strange and hard to "correct".
Also, when entering in an value override in a future month, ever month prior to that override is fixed. Why can't it just fix the actual month itself?

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They do have regular system releases. But unless an idea has enough interest from other users/companies, it is unlikely to be integrated.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Roger, we appreciate you sharing such thoughtful feedback! It's great to hear that StockIQ has been a cost-effective solution for your team and that our support and ongoing product development have made a positive impact.

Your insights on demand screen customization, KPI reporting, AI/algorithm suggestions, and forecast overrides are valuable. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue improving the platform.

Thanks again for your review and for helping us make StockIQ even better!

  ### 4. Feature-Rich, Reliable, and Easy to Use with Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cam S. | Manager of IT Infrastructure, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Feature rich, reliable software that is very well designed, easy to use when working with the core features. Customer support is fantastic, they always respond same day and will actually dig in on any issues within the platform. Well worth the investment. We operate a brick and mortar retail business in North America with 48 locations. The speed and performance of Stock IQ is fantastic. The integration with Acumatica, our ERP, is seamless.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

This tool may offer more features than some organizations will actually use. That said, I don’t see any real downsides.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines PO creation and fulfillment processes. Easily identify dead stock, A / B / C inventory classes. Allows us to make educated decisions on stocking trends YOY. The predictive inventory trend feature is particularly useful. Our business is very seasonal.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Cam, we're thrilled to hear that StockIQ has been a valuable investment for your business! It's especially rewarding to know that the platform's performance, Acumatica integration, and ease of use have helped support your operations across all 48 locations. We're also grateful for your kind words about our support team. Thank you again for your thoughtful review!

  ### 5. Graphical Forecasting and Smarter Container Ordering Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

StockIQ gives a very graphical view of forecasts which make it easy for beginners to understand the relationship between forecasts and stock holding. The ability to create a full container order of multiple SKUs from a supplier balancing out stock levels is a real plus. Support is quick and effective, despite the time zone difference to the UK

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

If we need to update the database during the working day—something that would normally be done overnight—the performance can be slow. I find that the intelligence of the forecasts does not always pick up on seasonal products quickly enough, resulting in forecasts for products sales out of season

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ helps us keep our products in stock while also trying to limit overstocking. Because it integrates without an ERP system, we can place orders directly in StockIQ, which saves us from manually entering orders. The ROI has been positive, replacing many man hours and spreadsheets

  ### 6. Great Site-Level Stock Trends & Reports, but Forecasting Automation Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like that you can see the trends of the stock per site rather then as a whole. I also like that you can download reports that have you measure against your forecast so you can see where you have done too good or need to do better.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I wish it would be able to auto forecast a little better so that you can give it the data that you have from previous time peridos of sales and say the growth you would like to achieve so it can give you a rough estimate of what it thinks you should order for the next year.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to understanding any function on Stock IQ they are very helpful in being prompt to explain how and why something works the way it does and how would be the most beneficial way for us to use this tool.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear the site-level inventory visibility and forecast comparison reports have been valuable in helping you track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

We also appreciate your suggestion around forecasting automation. Feedback like yours helps us continue enhancing StockIQ to better support you and all of our customers' planning needs.

  ### 7. Accurate Demand Forecasting with Clean, Intuitive Dashboards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Superior Demand Forecasting Accuracy: Compared to other inventory and supply chain tools I’ve used in the past, StockIQ delivers significantly more accurate demand forecasts. It handles seasonality and trend fluctuations smoothly, giving us data we can actually trust for ordering decisions.

Clean & Intuitive Visuals: The diagrams, graphs, and dashboards are refreshingly straightforward. Instead of forcing you to decipher complex spreadsheets, StockIQ displays clear visual trend lines and metrics that are easy for anyone on the team to read at a glance.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Steep Initial Learning Curve: Because StockIQ is a robust, feature-dense tool, getting up and running isn't a quick plug-and-play process. The sheer depth of settings and features can feel overwhelming for brand-new users.

Requires Dedicated Onboarding Time: It takes time and focused training to understand where everything lives and how to configure the parameters properly before you start seeing the full value.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating Guesswork in Demand Planning: StockIQ solves the core challenge of unpredictable demand by providing precise, data-driven forecasting algorithms. It helps us accurately predict what stock we actually need rather than relying on rough estimates or outdated spreadsheets.

Increasing Inventory Turns & Cash Flow: By pairing accurate forecasts with smart replenishment triggers, StockIQ has directly improved our stock turnover rates. We no longer have valuable working capital tied up in slow-moving or overstocked inventory.

Optimizing Safety Stock: The platform helps us strike the perfect balance—ensuring we maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent stockouts while avoiding excess inventory build-up.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! It's rewarding to hear that StockIQ's forecasting accuracy, visual dashboards, and trend analysis are helping your team make more confident inventory decisions. We designed the platform to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, so it's great to know that's been your experience.

We also appreciate your perspective on the onboarding process. As a feature-rich platform, we know there's a learning curve, and we're continually looking for ways to help new users get up to speed faster while unlocking the full value of StockIQ. Our dedicated support team and training resources are always available to help!

  ### 8. Powerful Visual Forecasting and ERP Integration, but the UI Can Be Hard to Navigate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Having a visual of sales trends and forward looking assumptions with the graphs and grids is helpful for someone who is a visual learner like myself. The ability to integrate with our ERP is of the utmost importance. Access to support on a daily basis is extremely helpful for questions or issues that arise. I am excited for the upcoming implementation of AI within StockIQ, as that will take the support feature to the next level.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The UI is not the most intuitive and I find it difficult to navigate. A lot of features are hidden in the System Configuration page that I feel would be more useful if they were available on the main page. At the moment I don't feel that we are utilizing StockIQ to it's fullest, which is a result of not being properly set up from the beginning. While our onboarding was good, I don't feel that the StockIQ team fully understood our business in order to be able to make recommendations or answer our questions.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ is helping to manage our inventory levels, whether that is reducing and overages or making recommendations for production to ensure our safety stock is in a better spot.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> It's wonderful to hear that the visual forecasting tools, easy ERP integration, and our support team have been valuable to your experience. We're especially excited that you're looking forward to our upcoming AI capabilities and the additional value they'll bring.

We also appreciate your candid feedback on the user interface and onboarding experience. Understanding our customers' unique business needs is incredibly important to our team, if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to share them directly with your account representative so that we can help provide the best tailored recommendations!

Thank you again for your thoughtful review!

  ### 9. SIQ Forecasting for your Daily needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Simple to use and great support. Stores data and they can offer to build specific reports for your company needs. We have been using them since April 2018 and they have molded SIQ to our business needs.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Having to do a refresh at lunch to update data from morning. Would like to see SIQ refresh and be "live" with EPR system. Hoping with our new EPR being on the cloud we could see this happen in the future.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are changing to new ERP system and they are working with our IT to streamline the change. Although the new ERP program had some forecasting capabilities, we choose to stay with SIQ. We felt SIQ was better suited for our needs as we have wide range of use on all items we stock and felt the customization SIQ has and data we currently use was better.

**Official Response from Judy Van Der Linden:**

> Thanks for the review! We're glad to hear StockIQ is helping with your forecasting and purchasing needs, and that you're finding it easy to use with helpful support.

We appreciate the feedback on forecast chart visibility and saved views—that’s great input and something we’ll keep in mind as we continue improving the platform. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

  ### 10. User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Features, Minor Downtime Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik R. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like StockIQ's really friendly interface and its programmatically accessible data, which makes it easy for me to use as a software engineer. I frequently use StockIQ's API calls to access all the demand planning and supply chain data. The easy transaction and communication with StockIQ really make it stand out for me. My onboarding experience was smooth and easy, which is a big plus. Additionally, its user-friendliness and great features really appeal to me. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming AI feature.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Well, I would say that sometimes StockIQ does not load during, I think, system restarts or certain other use cases. So maybe keeping that downtime minimal would be of better experience.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StockIQ for demand planning and estimating stock needs for upcoming months. I like its friendly interface and API accessibility, making data handling seamless.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you Karthik! It's great to hear that you find StockIQ's interface user-friendly and the forecasting options predictable and customizable. We appreciate your feedback on the API and will explore ways to enhance its capabilities. We're glad to hear that StockIQ is helping to improve your inventory management and supply chain efficiency.

  ### 11. Streamlined Forecasting and Ordering for Easier Inventory Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Helps streamline the forecasting and ordering process, making it easier to plan inventory needs and place orders

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Waiting an entire day for information to refresh, along with the frequent errors and technical issues that prevent us from using the system effectively.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ is helping solve many of the challenges we currently face with forecasting and inventory planning. It makes it easier to analyze sales trends, forecast future demand, and determine the appropriate quantities to order. This helps streamline the ordering process and allows us to make more informed purchasing decisions.

It also helps reduce the amount of manual work involved in forecasting and ordering, making the process more efficient and saving time. Overall, StockIQ gives us better visibility into our inventory needs and helps us plan more effectively.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're delighted to hear that StockIQ is helping simplify your forecasting and ordering processes while giving your team better visibility into inventory needs! It's great to know the platform is saving time and supporting more informed purchasing decisions.

We appreciate your candid feedback on data refresh timing and the technical issues you've encountered. Your comments will be shared with our team as we continue improving the platform's performance and reliability.

  ### 12. Transforms Inventory Management with Clear Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I find StockIQ to be a very reliable MRP system that gives me better visibility into inventory levels, sales activity, forecasts, open purchase orders, and potential stock-out risks. This helps in supporting inventory planning and purchasing decisions. I also appreciate that it allows me to investigate the reason behind an inventory issue instead of just showing that a problem exists. What I like most about StockIQ is the level of visibility it provides into inventory and demand, making it easier to identify issues early and take action before they affect product availability.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I wish there was a line for locked forecasts so we can see how askew it went.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ gives me clear visibility into inventory levels, demand, and potential stock issues, supporting better planning and purchasing decisions.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Daniel, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that StockIQ has been a reliable partner that has supported your business across multiple fields, such as increasing visibility into your inventory, demand, and purchasing decisions and identifying/addressing potential issues before they impact product availability.

Appreciate your suggestion about adding a locked forecast line for easier comparison and will pass along your input to the team!

  ### 13. Cuts Weekly Planning Busywork with Smart, Clear Item Overviews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

There’s less busywork I need to do now when planning my week. It does a lot of the thinking for me and lays out all the important information I need to review each item.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I can’t save my work and come back to it. For example, when I’m planning for a specific warehouse, I can’t save my progress where I’m at. If I need to pick it up the next day, I have to start from scratch and remember where I left off.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve had fewer stock-outs since using Stock IQ, and our inventory has benefited greatly. We’re carrying less excess stock on our shelves and focusing on stocking only the items we actually need, which has made repairs much more time-effective.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're so glad to hear that StockIQ has helped reduce the manual work involved in your planning process and made it easier to focus on the information that matters most. That's exactly the kind of experience we're striving to create.

Thank you also for sharing your suggestion about saving progress while planning. We can see how that functionality would make it much easier to pick up where you left off, and we appreciate you highlighting this opportunity for improvement.

  ### 14. Very User-Friendly, with Tons of Helpful Tutorial Classes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

It is very user friendly and they have tons of tutorial classes

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I think if there was one thing that I could change, it would be the downtime it needs to refresh. For my particular business, we do a midday refresh, and it used to take just under an hour to do this, but now it seems to take roughly an hour and 15 minutes.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ allows me to view all inventory on one page. It also is very easy to navigate when I need to set up a replacement part or set a safety stock for an item. I also like on the main page you can find all items that are vulnerable for stocking Out.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We're delighted to hear that StockIQ has been easy to use and that our tutorial classes have helped you get the most out of the platform.

We understand how important refresh times are to your workflow, and feedback like this helps us identify opportunities to improve performance and minimize downtime.

  ### 15. A Great Supply Chain Planning tool for a fast-scaling CPG business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily K. | Vice President Of Global Sourcing and Regulatory Compliance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2021

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

The software continued to help us scale as we teams brought on new external tools tools the inputs feed the modeling tools and let us stay up to date with our ever-growing supply chain.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Would be great to be able to carry out scenarios across BOM explosions in scenario planning, It is feasible in normal planning operations but in modeling based changes views can become siloed by SKU.

**Recommendations to others considering StockIQ:**

As with any new system integration, data integrity is essential. I wish we had spent more time internally preparing for the launch of the system with a focus on data, as once we did thoroughly clean our data, we saw vast system improvements.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using StockIQ we can demand plan our extensive range of products by planning promotions, adding seasonal lifts, and creating events for different and unique scenarios that arise daily. While many systems can do this, StockIQs interface is straightforward and intuitive to use, and it allows our team to model out different scenarios and decide on what is the best course of action weekly.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Emily, it’s great to see StockIQ supporting your growth and scaling alongside your team. We’re glad the platform and our team have been able to deliver value as your needs have evolved.

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Extremely easy to use and navigate - placing orders very efficiently and being able to monitor stock value and turnover

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

tends to have errors during the refresh every now and then - with refreshes taking a while to complete

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing an ability to place orders for all branches very quickly and making sure we are covering all SKU's. allowing us to focus on other problems due to it ebing quick and easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh F. | Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like how easy it is to adjust what I want to see in software. I also like how easy it is to adjust forecasts. Very helpful.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Sometimes the forecasting can be a little off. But as I mentioned in the previous question. It's easy for me to adjust that to what it should be.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stock IQ makes it easier to order items. Which is a major part of my job.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Josh, thank you for your review! It's great to know that the flexibility to customize your views and adjust forecasts has been helpful for your workflow. We designed StockIQ to make it easy for planners to tailor the platform to their needs, so it's rewarding to hear that's been your experience.

  ### 18. Actionable Forecast Accuracy Insights with StockIQ

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

What I like best is how StockIQ makes forecast accuracy visible and actionable - the forecast manager's visualization tools let me quickly spot where assumptions are drifting from actuals, which makes it much easier to flag gaps and risks before they hit S&OP discussions.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The inability to have multiple demand series available in the Forecast Analysis section

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ solves the problem of forecast assumptions going unchecked until it's too late. By making forecast accuracy and trend lines visible, it lets me catch gaps and risks earlier - which means fewer surprises going into S&OP and more credibility when I bring a point-of-view to Sales and Demand Planning.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with StockIQ! We’re delighted to hear that our forecasting tools are helping you easily identify gaps and risks before they impact your S&OP planning.

We also appreciate your feedback on having multiple demand series available in Forecast Analysis. Suggestions like yours are invaluable as we continue enhancing the platform to better support our customers' forecasting needs.

  ### 19. Boosts Planning Accuracy, Needs User-Friendly Navigation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** swapnaja M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I really appreciate StockIQ for its clear visibility into demand and inventory positions, which improves planning accuracy, saves time, and supports better collaboration between supply, demand, and procurement teams. It helps me identify potential risks early and supports proactive, data-driven planning, aligning decisions with business priorities. I find its demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase decision-making capabilities invaluable as it helps analyze historical consumption and stock levels to plan replenishment more accurately. The initial setup was smooth, with user-friendly data integration and excellent training materials that explained everything with proper business examples, making the tool easier to use.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

While StockIQ provides strong visibility and planning insights, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance usability and effectiveness. Data views and navigation can feel complex, especially when drilling down into detailed forecasts or inventory drivers. Simplifying certain screens or providing clear tooltips and guidance would help users interpret the information more quickly. Flexibility of reporting and customization could also be improved, having more options for views and filters. Accessing detailed insights can sometimes require multiple clicks and switching between several screens; fewer menu categories would make it easier to find what I need.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StockIQ for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase decisions, reducing excess inventory, preventing stock-outs, and enhancing planning accuracy. It provides visibility into demand and supply, enables scenario planning, and helps proactively align supply and demand for better decision-making.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on StockIQ! We're thrilled to hear that the platform has been beneficial for your demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase decisions. We appreciate your insights on areas for improvement, particularly around enhancing user-friendly navigation and customization options. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to continuously enhance the user experience. We will review your suggestions with our team to explore ways to simplify data views, improve navigation, and provide more flexibility in reporting. If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist and ensure you have a seamless experience with StockIQ. Thank you for choosing StockIQ for your planning needs!

  ### 20. Highly Effective for Demand Planning, Needs Better Algorithm Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I find the forecast manager of StockIQ very easy to work with, especially for making model adjustments without having to use manual buckets, which streamlines the process. I also like that the algorithms are straightforward to alter and generally follow expected patterns. Even when they deviate, the Rolling Average algorithm is easy to use without losing the forecasting background that I've come to expect with StockIQ.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I would like to see the 'tournament' algorithm better explained. That was pushed on us to use in 2025, but then early in 2026 we were told that was still in testing phase. I have discovered if you have a sporadic item that you often don't sell for months at a time, once it hits 3 months of no sales, tournament automatically picks rolling average 3 and sets the forecast to 0, even when this is an item you regularly sell once every 4 to 8 months.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ helps with demand planning by solving forecast exceptions and providing safety stock recommendations.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you Jake for sharing your positive experience with StockIQ's forecast manager and algorithms. We understand your concerns about the 'tournament' algorithm and your input has already been passed along to the team.

  ### 21. Effortless Forecast Management, Streamlined Supplier Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I find StockIQ typically quick and responsive, with an intuitive platform that makes it easy to use. The forecast manager is a great quick resource, providing a one-stop shop for all relevant data on specific SKUs. I also appreciate the executive dashboard, which offers a great high-level overview of supplier network performance and inventory health. The initial setup of StockIQ was relatively straightforward, and the onboarding team was attentive and stayed on top of things.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The SKU classification in StockIQ is far too broad, and there aren't enough SKU classes that can be created. Having A-D only creates very broad categories and classes that don't scale well with large product mixes. There is a need to have more than four classes that can be applied to SKUs.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ provides insights into SKU demand impact, tracks supplier lead times, and analyzes projected purchase volumes. It's quick, responsive, intuitive, and offers a centralized forecast manager for SKU data. The executive dashboard gives a great overview of supplier performance and inventory health.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with StockIQ! We're pleased to hear that the forecast manager and executive dashboard are providing valuable insights for your SKU data and supplier network performance. We understand your feedback about the SKU classification, and we'll certainly consider expanding the options for SKU classes in the future.

  ### 22. StockIQ: Robust Planning with Personalized Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I use StockIQ for demand planning at a CPG company. I appreciate its statistical forecasting capabilities and how it automatically keeps our data up to date by integrating with Netsuite. I like how we can view customer forecasts in a way that makes sense to us. What really stands out is the close relationship with our representative from StockIQ, and that the company actually listens to our requests and makes changes to the software based on that.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The biggest issue we have is time-phased forecasting. We have a large network that changes semi-frequently and being able to forecast customers at a different facility in the future would be very helpful. It doesn't have that feature yet so building that would be great.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StockIQ for demand planning. It solves statistical forecasting, keeps our data up to date by integrating with Netsuite, and lets me view customer forecasts logically.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> We're glad to hear that you are enjoying StockIQ's statistical forecasting capabilities and its integration with Netsuite. We appreciate your feedback on the time-phased forecasting feature, and we will certainly consider it for future updates.

  ### 23. Powerful Stock Forecasting Insights with SIQ—Great Alerts, Training, and Ongoing Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran K. | Head of Business Transformation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

We began implementing SIQ in 2020 to replace the manual, Excel-based forecasting we had been using previously. The SIQ team handled the integration with our ERP system (EPICOR). Since adopting SIQ, our team has gained much greater insight into stock levels, stock movement, forecasts, and more. The alert features are also very useful, as they allow us to focus on exceptions rather than trying to keep an eye on every product. The SIQ team is incredibly knowledgeable and has provided excellent training. They are also continually evolving the software, so it’s always exciting to see new features and explore how we can use them. Their support team is also excellent, and if we do have issues with data or refreshing, they are always there to help diagnose and solve the issue.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Our data wasn’t in the best condition, so implementation took longer than we expected. Especially early on (as with any software like this), you really have to pay close attention to the outputs it’s producing. We had a few wildly wrong order suggestions, which came down to our poor data rather than SIQs system, so it’s important to have your team in place to spot issues quickly and address the underlying data. If there are data issues or refresh issues, it can sometimes be a little hard to diagnose the issue within SIQ - having said that, whenever we have had issues, the support team have been great with resolving it.

The release notes and guides are very useful with each release, but the training videos in the Help centre aren’t always updated to reflect the changes that come in. It would be great to see this fleshed out a bit more and kept up to date.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically our forecasting was Excel-based, so trying to forecast for products was very slow and - at times - very inaccurate. It was also very difficult to see trends of our products, product groups etc. SIQ has helped us massively in both these areas, and is used every day by our team.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

It’s great to hear StockIQ is giving your team better visibility and helping shift away from Excel, especially with alerts making it easier to focus on what matters most.

We also hear your feedback on data readiness and documentation. That’s something we’re continuing to improve to make onboarding smoother.

Thanks again for the thoughtful and balanced review.

  ### 24. Powerful UX/UI Breadth, But Too Convoluted and Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

It has a very wide breadth within the UX/UI. There's so much you can do. I like this as it fits our needs, but could also likely fit a company that has drastically different business needs.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

On the flip side, sometimes it does feel a little too convoluted. Like maybe it could be dialed in a bit and every feature could be really pumped up and refined.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want it to solve the handling of supply planning and purchase order management across multiple channels of demand and multiple warehouses. We're getting there slowly but surely.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It's great to hear that StockIQ's flexibility and breadth of functionality have been a good fit for your business and can support a variety of planning needs.

Your point about balancing powerful capabilities with a more streamlined experience is well taken. We're continually refining the platform, and feedback like yours helps us focus on making every feature as intuitive and impactful as possible.

  ### 25. Accurate Forecasting and Reorder Suggestions You Can Trust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Forecasting is the best part. It reads demand patterns better than I could on my own, so I trust the reorder suggestions and I'm not constantly checking a spreadsheet anymore.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Honestly not much. The setup took a bit of time up front to get the data dialed in, but once it was running it hasn't given me real problems.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the "what do I reorder and when" problem. Instead of guessing and ending up over- or under-stocked, I can trust the forecast, so I place better orders and spend less time fixing shortages.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that StockIQ has helped with your forecasting and streamlined manual spreadsheet work.

  ### 26. Strong Features, Seamless Integration, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

System features, integration, and visibility. I definitely feel like there's a positive ROI from the team's efficiency. The StockIQ Support team is really quick to respond to our issues/questions.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The daily refresh sometimes clouds our visibility for same-day transactions. The refresh time is 45+ mins and takes too long. If it was sometimes crazy like 5-10 mins, we would consider more frequent refresh.

There's very minor UI features that could be improved. But they're minor. For example, I can't use my mouse's middle scrolller to pane left-right.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of reviewing and placing orders.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We're thrilled to hear that StockIQ's features, integration, and visibility have delivered a positive ROI for your team and that our dependable support team has been consistently there to support any issues or questions.

We appreciate your feedback on data refresh frequency and the small UI enhancements you'd like to see. Insights like these help us continue refining the platform and improving the overall user experience.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review!

  ### 27. Thorough Functionality That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laron G. | Senior Material Planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

StockIQ has very thorough functionality.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

There are no real downside to StockIQ. I do wish there was a more traditional and thorough user manual available for reference rather than just FAQ's and video tutorials.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is infinitely simpler to use for forecast generation than working directly in our MRP system. The upload interface works flawlessly.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Thanks so much for your review, Laron! We're happy to hear that you've been enjoying StockIQ and the various functionalities on our platform.

We appreciate your feedback on incorporating traditional educational resources—that’s great input and something we’ll keep in mind!

  ### 28. Forecast Manager Makes Lead-Time Forecasting More Accurate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I really like the forecast manager. The ability to use different algorithms to see best fit and being able to add anecdotal data using events has been extremely useful in making my forecast more accurate within lead time.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I wish there were more ways of analysis where I can review our manual forecasts against SIQ's statistical and other forecasts. This is achieved using the grid and exporting to excel, but some analysis is still lacking. For example, being able to see forecast error for manual forecasts imported into SIQ.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am really excited for the newest update, Mt. Holy Cross. StockIQ already works really fast, and increasing that speed only helps me do my job more efficiently. StockIQ is readily available with their Help portals as well as being able to have one-on-one help with customization.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thanks for sharing this! Glad to hear Forecast Manager and the event inputs are helping with lead-time accuracy, that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.

Appreciate the call-out on forecast analysis too. That’s an area we know can go deeper, especially around comparing manual vs statistical forecasts.

Also great to hear the speed improvements and support are making a difference. Thanks again for the feedback!

  ### 29. Fast, Flexible Demand Planning with Accurate Forecasting in Stock IQ

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I have been using Stock IQ so far for its Demand Planning & Forecasting capabilities. Some of the things I have noticed are its statistical modeling, and ML has picked up on trends, seasonality, and unusual events very well. We are still in the midst of re-creating our hierarchy in the tool, but there is a lot of flexibility, and support has been great. The performance has been very fast and I don't experience any lag when refreshing the data.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

We are having some trouble developing our hierarchy for our business/industry, so I wish Stock IQ could provide better examples as options.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is generating a very good statistical forecast based on the historical data it is using and giving us the ability to apply future events such as promotions to the future forecast.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with StockIQ! We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the demand planning and forecasting capabilities, as well as the speed and accuracy of the tool. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hierarchy development, and we will work on providing more helpful examples to assist you in that process. If you need any further assistance or have any additional feedback, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We are here to help and ensure you have a seamless experience with StockIQ. Thank you for choosing StockIQ to optimize your demand planning and forecasting processes!

  ### 30. Excellent Value with Powerful Planning Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like StockIQ's offerings at the price point that it is listed. It has a lot of detailed user functionality for long-term planning for both demand and supply and tactical exception management.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I think there could be more improvements made around the SIOP module for better visualization and reporting. The capacity module also needs some work.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StockIQ for demand and supply planning. It offers detailed user functionality at a fair price, helping with long-term planning, both demand and supply, and tactical exception management.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hey Nick, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're pleased to hear that StockIQ delivers strong value for your team and that the platform's planning capabilities and exception management tools have been beneficial for both long-term and day-to-day decision-making.

We appreciate your suggestions around the SIOP and capacity modules. Feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue enhancing these areas of the platform.

Thanks again for sharing your experience!

  ### 31. Close-to-Real-Time Information That Keeps Us on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena S. | Demand Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like the "Close to real time information

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

There is not a component feature to create bundles that could incorporate more realistic forecasting for components

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the graph style timeline based on Amazon's forecast vs panner forecast is beneficial because you can see a more accurate picture

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> Hi Lena, we're glad to hear that the close-to-real-time information StockIQ provides is helping your team stay informed and make timely decisions. Thank you for also sharing your feedback on component bundling for forecasting.

  ### 32. Helpful Forecasting Algorithm and Visuals for Confident Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

The forecasting algorithm & visuals are very helpful to be able to plan successfully

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Sometimes the projected on hand & actual available lines on the graphs can skew numbers and I wish there was a way to remove that. other than that not a lot of complaints

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SIQ is helping to solve the intricacies of demand planning - there is so much nuance and minute details to look at, but they make it easier to get the info needed to make informed decisions.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're happy to hear that StockIQ's forecasting algorithms and visualizations are helping you plan with confidence!

Thank you for also sharing your feedback on the projected on-hand and actual available lines in the graphs—we will forward your suggestion to our team.

  ### 33. StockIQ’s Real-Time, Event-Driven Forecasting Keeps Me Coming Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

The evolving forecast is what really sets StockIQ apart for me — especially how it incorporates events in real time. It's intuitive and easy to use, and having tried other forecast systems, I find myself coming back to StockIQ's model every time.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The one thing I'd love to see improved is the data sync process — right now you have to run a full refresh to get updates from your ERP/Inventory system, which can interrupt the flow. More automated or on-demand syncing would be a big win.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ's evolving forecast algorithms help us make better planning and purchasing decisions without spending hours crunching numbers. The forecasts adapt over time, which means we're working with more accurate data and can act with more confidence

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you for sharing this, we really appreciate it! Glad to hear the real-time, event-driven forecasting has been valuable and keeps you coming back.

We also appreciate the feedback on the data sync process. Improving flexibility and reducing interruptions there is something we are actively focused on.

Thanks again for the thoughtful input.

  ### 34. Easy Forecasting and Inventory Management, but Opportunity Tracking Falls Short

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

Forecasting is easy, and inventory is simple to manage.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

It’s hard to track opportunities or seasonality.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ is helping solve inventory planning and forecasting challenges by giving us better visibility into demand, inventory levels, and replenishment needs. It helps reduce stockouts and excess inventory, improves forecast accuracy, and supports more informed purchasing decisions. As a result, we've been able to maintain better product availability while optimizing inventory levels and improving overall supply chain efficiency.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're glad to hear that StockIQ has made forecasting and inventory management easy for your team. Providing tools that simplify these critical processes is exactly what we strive for.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

It gives me a clear view of our inventory data, so I can understand when we need stock, when we need replenishment, how much to order, and the exact reorder point.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

There are so many modules and options to learn about that it takes a while to get used to the system.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me understand SKU-level and category-level performance, and gives me better visibility into our sales velocity and product churn.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're happy to hear that StockIQ gives you the visibility you need to make confident inventory decisions! Thank you as well for the feedback on the learning curve. Our dedicated support team is always available to help walk you through any modules or suggest core ones that will be most impactful for your business.

  ### 36. Easy to Use and ERP-Friendly, but Implementation and Accuracy Need Improvement

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

reasonable price, good to use and easy to understand, given an relatively broad function integrated in the software, works well with our ERP system.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

the implementation team works a bit slow and not actively solving the problem, some of our work scenarios are not solved with the software, given low accuracy on certain complex product.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I think the visualization for the stock management and also the forecast manager helps me a lot with data management. The interface is kind of easier for me to move around between the forecast and the stock management.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I think sometimes the calculation for the forecast may not be so accurate because the data doesn't interpret the actual usage, or there's some discrepancy between the actual usage and the data.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find StockIQ's visualization and forecast tables really help with data management, making it easier to move between forecasting and stock management. Sometimes, the forecast calculations aren't accurate due to discrepancies between actual usage and the data.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Resources and searched information on how to use the system better, step by step examples or videos

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping solve the demand planning with the supply chain at a click of a button. being able to see each WH and each suppler where we stand with demand to back fill.

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

User friendly pages and help section/videos have been helpful

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

ERP integration - some information does not carry over properly (currently working on solutions). Data refreshes/syncs can take long, and many areas in SIQ cannot be used while this sync is occurring

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizes current and historic demand for SKUs, defines safety stock levels, and helps to calculate reorder points based on lead time. Has made planning easier, and more reliable

  ### 40. Fast PO Creation, but Limited by Twice-Daily Data Refresh

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

With a few clicks I can create a PO and have reduced the need to make notes, type in part numbers and then create a PO.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The data isn't live, it only refreshes twice a day so there are times I can see more accurate info in NetSuite than what I can see in StockIQ.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suggested safety stock is being used and helping to reduce stock outs.

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're glad to hear that StockIQ has helped simplify your purchasing process and made creating purchase orders more efficient. Saving time and reducing manual work is exactly the kind of impact we aim to deliver.

Thank you for highlighting your experience with data refresh timing as well. We understand how important up-to-date information is, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective as we continue to enhance the platform.

  ### 41. How SIQ can help your organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

The ability for SIQ to provide predictive forecasting for any specific timeframe. The dashboard is clean and concise, and the help section is easy to understand and navigate.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The filters can be hard to navigate at times. Also, the length of filter names is limited.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 42. Powerful Forecasting, Rigid Seasonality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul B. | Demand and Supply Planning Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I use StockIQ for demand and supply planning, including placing orders and maintaining inventory. Its forecasting module is very good and helps us understand the trends and seasonalities of various products. Additionally, they have a very good customer service team.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

StockIQ is very rigid and takes 118 months to get a seasonality, which is a long time for a fast fashion brand to understand seasonality. Even if it can access the seasonality at the parent level of the product, we cannot track which seasonality it picks up.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StockIQ for better forecasting, lower inventory value, and higher turns. Its forecasting module helps us understand trends and seasonalities.

**Official Response from Karch Lockerby:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

We’re glad to hear the forecasting capabilities and support team have been valuable to you. On the seasonality side, we understand the challenges you’re describing, especially for fast-moving categories, and it’s something our team is actively focused on improving.

Feedback like this is incredibly helpful as we continue to evolve the platform.

  ### 46. Great software and great Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori K. | Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

We are continuing to refine and improve our use of StockIQ. When we ask a question everyone at StockIQ answers quickly and when we bring up things we think will improve the system everyone is willing to try what we are asking.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The one feature that we are looking to have improved is how many companies we can set up getting forecast for and not grouping them in as "all others".

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ is helping to give us visibility on our slow move/no move/overstock. The best feature is giving us visibility to forecasting for all our items and helping us to order properly to support our customers.

**Official Response from Lorenna Eunapio:**

> Thank you for the review, Lori. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad StockIQ is helping improve visibility across forecasting and inventory, and we’ve shared your feedback with our product team as we continue to refine the platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I enjoy the UI/UX, it is easy to navigate. We also have good support with Todd W being a specific person who has helped us.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

There are lags and slowness to the system. Not all features are intuitive for users with limited supply chain knowledge.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Segmentation, alerts and dashboards, and statisitcal forecasting

**Official Response from Elisa Ma:**

> We're glad to hear you've had a positive experience with StockIQ's user interface and that Todd has been such a helpful resource for your team. We'll be sure to share your kind words with him!

  ### 48. Enhances Supply Chain Management with Comprehensive Insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Athena H. | Head of Commercialization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I really like StockIQ for its executive dashboard and tabs that provide all the key metrics in one place. This feature helps me present important KPIs and track team performance over time in improving metrics like inventory turns, aging inventory, and carrying cost. StockIQ also offers much better reporting and management of a complex supply chain compared to our ERP system.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The implementation took longer than advertised on the website, taking us about 3-4 months to integrate. Our supply chain is more complex than a standard CPG, which contributed to the delay. Even though the setup wasn't super easy, the consultant and implementation manager were great, helping to resolve the problems.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StockIQ provides better reporting and management of a complex supply chain, improving on what our ERP system offers. The executive dashboard allows presenting KPIs, enhancing team performance metrics like inventory turns and carrying costs.

**Official Response from Lorenna Eunapio:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, Athena. We really appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear StockIQ is helping provide better visibility and reporting across your supply chain.
We’ve also shared your note internally with our implementation and product teams as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like that it’s user-friendly, and that I can customize the screens fairly easily to better meet my needs.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

We have been having systems issues with connectivity so SIQ has been unavailable at times.
