Easy to integrate with the other databases and the software performs well, never run into performance issues

Reporting is limited. It would be nice to have explicit APIs or database structures that would be easier to report on.

This software has rich features that users are utilizing. As an IT person, the software does not necessarily has a functional benefit to IT.   The availability of support though does offload the need for internal IT to support planning and forecasting.

The UX/UI is readable and easy to navigate. It’s fairly straightforward to use the integrations, and overall I find it easy to work with. Most of the time, SIQ’s performance is okay to good. 
There's still an ongoing issue with depended forecast on BTO p/n's, which is annoying :(

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I feel like the only thing I'd like to see improved in SIQ is implementing a "night theme"

SIQ helps with the day-to-day work of placing orders, reviewing analytics, and keeping an eye on order arrivals and fill rates.

It keeps everything in one place and does a lot of the heavy lifting. The interface is pretty intuitive and it integrates well with other systems. I think it is relatively easy to pick up and helps a lot with supply chain visibility.

At times the performance can slow down and some documentation could be more clear and deeper for new/interested users.

It’s very helpful for visualizing both the demand history and the future forecast for items. It also streamlines the purchasing process in a clean, efficient way, making it easier to plan and act with confidence.

There are a lot of features that haven’t been fully fleshed out yet, but it still feels promising for the future.

This has helped us move away from min/max’ing. I also really like how easy it is to build transfer orders compared with the other options we used before.

The monthly webinars provide my team with valuable knowledge and strenghtens the use of everyday users in StockIQ. Love the some of new integration of AI tools being implemented. StockIQ is listening to their customers and implementing changes to their software based on customer feedback. Customer support is second to none!

The stablility of the system could be improved as we sometimes have downtime caused by nightly refresh.

we have 30+ thousands of SKUs and each of them is linked to multiple product categories and sales channels, which means there is a massive amount of data to maintain, and Stockiq is maintaining them very well in terms of demand forecasting and supply planning

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

StockIQ understood the pinpoints from end user in demand planning and Inventory management, It provides handful of raw data in table and summarise dashboard and graphs to help user to explore the trend and spot the outliers in the KPI performance monitoring.

I real like the demand forecasting piece and inventory optimisation piece, this is the key performance indicator for the business to thrive.

Its API connection module serve the purpose of power bi connection for user to simple connect to the SIQ dataset and  produce their own power bi reports. this is very friendly to entry level power bi user and make it easy access.

customer support staff will reply inquiry within few hours or a day depends on time zone. they are spot on the solutions and we can quickly implement the changes overnights.

I use StockIQ daily to monitor the KPIs and use reports for my analysis. it is effective and save your valuable time.

some times when you leave apps open for 5mins and coming back you lost connection and have to reopen another new window to review.

its data provide all the details I need for S&OP planning meeting, forecast accuracy can help me to quickly review errors in forecast and improve in future reviews with sales team.

My favourite thing about StockIQ is how it is able to integrate data from our ERP system and ultimately be a one stop shop for demand planning, MRP, inventory etc.

Overall, it’s quite straightforward to use, but there are a few functions that aren’t immediately obvious (for example, needing to right-click on a chart button to open sales). These are easy to miss unless someone has shown you. Enhancing the interface—especially the way troubleshooting can be done from a single page—could make it even more intuitive and user-friendly.

Using StockIQ has enabled us to reduce our stockholding to a level where we have gained 22% on average in additional warehouse capacity across all our warehouses. Our Demand Planners are now more structured, more informed and our lost sales have decreased significantly. The amount of features that SIQ offers allows you to have a solution for nearly everything. The SIQ staff are also very helpful and will always go the extra mile to assist with questions.

I cannot think of any downsides. We utilize SIQ to it's fullest and we are learning more and more everyday.

I'm struggling with end-of-life product order recommendations and limited offering products as well as products with substitutions. The order recommendations often do not make sense.

I’ve used StockIQ for several years now.  Aside from the incredible improvements in inventory turns and service improvements we’ve achieved, I’m most impressed with the level of attention the business gives to improvement suggestions.  A wish now is a feature later.  Their work in AI is not just a buzzword to increase sales.  I’m confident they are staying on the edge of possible and won’t be left behind.  The features are legion, and the actual forecast accuracy is better than much more expensive systems I've used in the past.

I'd like better information on gap of actual to budget now and forecast.

one of my favorite features in Stock IQ is that almost every report is available to download in a csv file to create my own reports, there is a lot of data available in each module so is really convenient to have easy access to this data.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Interface is not user friendly, navigating thru Stock IQ is not really intuitive you have to know your way into the program, to know where the information you're looking for is located at. This has become an issue when onboarding new employees into the platform.

before Stock IQ was implemented on the company, I work for having a stratification system for our inventory was really difficult since we have more than 1000 SKU'S, having Stock IQ grading each Item based on our company parameters has helped tremendously in understanding the items that we have at the warehouse

Friendly and patient staff, as happy talking with the pc guru's as they are talking to lay-men like myself.
Pro-actively introducing webinars and other content to fine-tune use of their package.
Newer layout dashboards help to review headlines quicker than ever before.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

For us, it is purely time-zone related here. I have nothing else I dislike, webinars are useful, tools are great. However, with every forecasting tool, if climate dynamics are off, it can only do so much.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SIQ was of great benefit immediately, helping us to house-keep our existing processes and find cleaner and more effective ways to manage and order inventory. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.
It is a real go-to app for reviewing stocks, trends, customer's activity and problem stocks.
When ordering on batches, StockIQ can bring this logic through, along with shipping methods etc, all useful and issues within Netsuite functionality that they overcome with ease.

I love the ability to automate and customize tasks. The Alerts screen really allows us to plan around exceptions instead of scouring through each item site.

There are certain modules that need more development (Blanket Purchase Orders). I think SIQ is growing fast (which I think is amazing), but can limit the amount of support they can provide to their current customers. 

I also think it would be useful to have a phone number to call- this would make comms easier and faster.

- Custom reporting allows us to automate our KPIs
- Exception planning has saved us $99K in FTE productivity in the first year after implementation

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

1) StockIQ was able to connect easily to our ERP.  Once connected, we were able to see our data right away in StockIQ.  2) It is very easy to login and see a topline overview.  3) The customer support team is very responsive.  I have almost always gotten resolution issues the same day.  4) The forecasting visual chart makes it easy to compare actuals to forecast and make adjustments based on their stat model forecast.  5) I login everyday and can quickly find the information I need.  6) The StockIQ team is very agile and open to feedback.  They have made updates based on our needs within a few weeks, where other tools have taken a year or more.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

The reporting in the StockIQ app is less than ideal.  However, we were able to connect to the data in StockIQ through Power BI and create a powerful suite of our own reports.  StockIQ provided instructions on how to connect which were fairly easy to follow but they need to be refined/updated.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The accuracy of our forecast is less than ideal.  The StockIQ tool makes it easier to provide a more accurate forecast, but the user has to embrace the tool and follow the process.  That is not a StockIQ issue.  Our users know how to use it... it is easy to use for forecasting.  They just need to take the time to do it.

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I like how simple it is to use StockIQ. Forecasting is very complex and there is a lot of data involved, but StockIQ does all the hard work for you so you can focus on inventory health.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

If StockIQ could have a capaicty tool added, that would be great. And then also a way for the sales team to submit a forecast and then we approve it if we agree and then that becomes the new operational forecast.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure we have the right amount of inventory. With all the data we have, StockIQ makes it easier on us to know how much we need to order based on available inventory, what's on order with the facotory, lead time with the facotory, and current month forecast.

  ### 48. StockIQ to the rescue, 3 week implementation replaced insufficient planning functionality in new ERP

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

We selected StockIQ many years ago to help us get a handle on our inventory at our central distribution hub and our spoke warehouses, and it has delivered on that promise.  Excess and dead stock is down at all our branches, service level is up, and our central hub is running leaner than ever.  I credit them with being the key reason we stayed profitable through the COVID years.  The software really works, but on top of that, it’s backed with the most amazing support team I’ve ever dealt with.  I cannot express enough how empowering it is to know I can contact them with any question or issue we have and they will get us an answer.  StockIQ has proven over and over their commitment to our partnership.  Their Supply Chain expertise has assisted our company in navigating the inventory challenges that accompany explosive growth. They are our favorite software vendor by a mile.

A responsive team, supply chain planning software that is intuitive and provides all that my planners need to get their job done.

I contacted StockIQ a week after going live on a new ERP.  The information our planning department required to launch Purchase and Transfer orders was unavailable.   Planners were not getting the necessary information to conduct daily purchases and transfers to branch facilities.   The planning team struggled to plan timely replenishments and meet the high volume of replenishments to our hub and satellite facilities due to the lack of information.   

The team at StockIQ fast-tracked a start date and completed an implementation and training in three weeks.

The software is very intuitive, making for a rapid adoption with the planners.  The planning team was up and running quickly and is planning with confidence. 

The user interface provides flexibility in that I can view SKUs in aggregate or individually, which helps analyze the flow of movement.  The team at StockIQ is quick to respond to any service requests.

StockIQ is the only software vendor that cares as much about making the software work for you as selling it.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

Nothing comes to mind.  If there’s ever any problem or question, they take care of it.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Customer Service Levels have improved and total inventory on hand is down.  Our planners have significantly increased their productivity and are able to plan and manage more items.

I'm absolutely in love with StockIQ! The software is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making demand planning so much easier and more reliable. I often wonder how I ever managed forecasting and purchasing without it!

The webinars are fantastic too—they offer a great opportunity to explore new features and refine my skills with the platform.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer support. Jenna Hartzler, the Customer Success Manager (she is the best, no joke!), has been a true blessing throughout the entire process. She handles every question and ticket promptly, patiently and effectively, ensuring I always feel supported.

**What do you like best about StockIQ?**

I've worked with a number of forecasting solutions but Stock IQ is the most accurate I've seen.  They don't rely on downloads to spreadsheets, rather they are the whole deal, full integration with our ERP and order creation in the package.  As for enhancements, my wish is there command.  They take customer suggestions seriously with an amazing turnaround time to make it happen.  Incorporating AI is not just a buzzword here.  It's being incorpated to make a difference.  We use it daily for our every day buying/ forecasting and monthly for our S&OP meeting.

**What do you dislike about StockIQ?**

I am looking for more S&OP related reports but they recently showed me they are going to roll out exactly that immenently.  They have a bit more to do to in this area around highlighting gaps between outlook and budget under different scenarios but again , I know they are working on that hard.

**What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have far too much going on to use spreadsheets and we certainly don't have the horsepower to accomplish the complex forecasting that Stock IQ does.  The ability to create po's and feed that to our integrated ERP is key.  Knowing what our inventory position will be three months out by sku, family or in total is huge for us.  Stock IQ gives us confidence we can give our customers unparalled service levels unseen before implementation.
