Support is good and they are constantly developing and looking to improve the functionality . **What do you dislike about StockIQ?** Given it is a price competitive system amongst its peers (and I have worked on other, cost premium systems) I would like more ability to tailor the Demand screens to meet the company's needs. KPI reporting is not the best. Not very intuitive. Some of the AI/Algorithm suggestions look strange and hard to "correct". Also, when entering in an value override in a future month, ever month prior to that override is fixed. Why can't it just fix the actual month itself? **What problems is StockIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They do have regular system releases.
