That's all. **What do you dislike about Statrys?** A year ago: I registered a Hong Kong company through Statrys. Before proceeding, I asked in detail about bank account opening and described my case thoroughly. Their reply was positive — they assured me the account would be opened without any issues. In the end, none of their partner banks approved the account. Recently (2025): I renewed their service to keep my company registration active for another year. After that, I emailed them a question on September 15 — it’s been two weeks and still no reply. That tells you everything you need to know about Statrys customer service. **What problems is Statrys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a company registered but no access to a business account defeats the purpose. Without banking, the company can’t function — it exists only on paper. ### 4. And I also love the invoice management system where I can create and manage my invoices all in one place without moving to any other platform. And the mobile app helps to manage all my financial things on my mobile phone. **What do you dislike about Statrys?** Some of my dislikes about Statrys are its limited availability of services to a particular region (Hong Kong). Sometimes they charge more for higher transactions. And sometimes the customer support is not available. **What problems is Statrys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the business problems that are solved by Statrys are it helps me manage all my international transactions all in one place, it also helps me create invoices and I don't need to rely on any other software for the production of invoices.
