What do you like best about Startdeliver?

The UI is sleek, intuitive, and very user-friendly. The concept behind the health score and impact tracking is well thought out and genuinely valuable. You can tell the product team put effort into making something that looks and feels modern.

Also, credit where it’s due: the team genuinely tried to help us get value out of the tool. They were responsive and showed effort during onboarding and implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Startdeliver?

The HubSpot integration is quite limited and it only connects to the Companies object. If you're used to more robust Customer Success tools, especially in a HubSpot environment, be prepared for a fair amount of workarounds. It's not a plug-and-play solution, and getting started took significantly more time than expected. Much of the setup depends on their (clearly overloaded) team, which makes iteration slow and frustrating.

This tool might not be a good fit for more mature CS organizations with established workflows.

We also struggled when trying to end the agreement. Despite the product not meeting our needs, there was no flexibility or willingness from the team to explore options. That left a sour taste, especially after the effort we put into trying to make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Startdeliver?

There are many out of the box integrations so it's quite easy to get started if you are using many different tools. It's very customizable and the list view is very easy to use with good filtering options. It's quite straightforward to make automations which help creating a smooth workflow without tedious and repetitive tasks. Moreover we have projects which you can share with the customer. It has especially been very beneficial for our onboardings.

All in all, what I like the most is the overview you get. For me, Startdeliver will become our source of truth. We're not there yet, but soon!

What do you like best about Startdeliver?

The most valubale part of implemneting startdeliver was to gain visbility on data and be able to make it actionable. get black and white and remove the gut feeling. We hav ebeen able to build new KPIs and insights based on the visualisations provided by StartDeliver. The systems offers a lot of flexibility both in what it takes in, what and how can be visualised. The system is also versitle in the purposes of use as beyond the data repository and reprting tool from different sources, you can work with shared working spaces very helpful for onboarding with automations. What do you dislike about Startdeliver?

Diffcult to get your way around without help from Startdeliver staff, some settings and setup can be only done by Startdeliver Team. There is a lot of power under the hood. Combined with ease of use and the amazing customer support and success teams you really start to make progress in setting it up rather quickly. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

You can get a lot of information on your customer's account in a few clicks; information about the subscription, previous meetings, who are the users and their roles in the company, etc.

It's also very handy to plan tasks quickly and allows me to focus on what really matters, talking to customers, without worrying about the practicalities, my next step is always planned and I don't have to constantly think about it.

Their support is also a big plus for me. I recently have been exploring other possibilities of the tool and their CS (Fanny) contacted me right away to plan a meeting. The meeting taught me everything I needed to know, the next steps are clear for both parties... Amazing service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
