  ### 1. Not a tool for mature Customer Success organizations

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

The UI is sleek, intuitive, and very user-friendly. The concept behind the health score and impact tracking is well thought out and genuinely valuable. You can tell the product team put effort into making something that looks and feels modern.

Also, credit where it’s due: the team genuinely tried to help us get value out of the tool. They were responsive and showed effort during onboarding and implementation.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

The HubSpot integration is quite limited and it only connects to the Companies object. If you're used to more robust Customer Success tools, especially in a HubSpot environment, be prepared for a fair amount of workarounds. It's not a plug-and-play solution, and getting started took significantly more time than expected. Much of the setup depends on their (clearly overloaded) team, which makes iteration slow and frustrating.

This tool might not be a good fit for more mature CS organizations with established workflows.

We also struggled when trying to end the agreement. Despite the product not meeting our needs, there was no flexibility or willingness from the team to explore options. That left a sour taste, especially after the effort we put into trying to make it work.

They are helping us managing our existing customer relationships and building workflows to ensure our customers stay happy.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

There are many out of the box integrations so it's quite easy to get started if you are using many different tools. It's very customizable and the list view is very easy to use with good filtering options. It's quite straightforward to make automations which help creating a smooth workflow without tedious and repetitive tasks. Moreover we have projects which you can share with the customer. It has especially been very beneficial for our onboardings. 

All in all, what I like the most is the overview you get. For me, Startdeliver will become our source of truth. We're not there yet, but soon!

I also have to give credit to the amazing support as well the inspiring webinars!

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

There have been a few bugs here and there, which can be a bit annoying.

**What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a better understanding about the customer which allow us to work smarter and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

The most valubale part of implemneting startdeliver was to gain visbility on data and be able to make it actionable. get black and white and remove the gut feeling. We hav ebeen able to build new KPIs and insights based  on the visualisations provided by StartDeliver. The systems offers a lot of flexibility both in what it takes in, what and how can be visualised. The system is also versitle in the purposes of use as beyond the data repository and reprting tool from different sources, you can work with shared working spaces very helpful for onboarding with automations.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

Diffcult to get your way around without help from Startdeliver staff, some settings and setup can be only done by Startdeliver Team. I would apprecaite a more self- service approach to the extend it is possible, given we are looking at a complex solution here.

**What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data visualisation, actions based on data, reporting. applies both intrenally and externally.  Plenty of other functions for implementations/ onborading that we are not using.

Startdeliver provides good support and is very proactive in thinking along.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

The platform's features feel somewhat limited. For example, the automations offer only a few options, which makes it difficult to use them effectively. I had higher expectations of the platform beforehand.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

There is a lot of power under the hood. Combined with ease of use and the amazing customer support and success teams you really start to make progress in setting it up rather quickly. It really is focused on CSM and the client journey so it becomes part of the daily flow of operations.

I cannot think of anything at the moment

**What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the process of implementing and stress testing our metrics at the moment. Thus far we can see the activity level of our clients, keep status and progress notes easily for the team to see and share. We are in the process of completing  3 of the projects for stages in the client journey and the ease of building these has been fantastic! Because it is an innovative company there are many new developments that feel right on time so this is a very beneficial "extra" :-)

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

You can get a lot of information on your customer's account in a few clicks; information about the subscription, previous meetings, who are the users and their roles in the company, etc. 
It's also very handy to plan tasks quickly and allows me to focus on what really matters, talking to customers, without worrying about the practicalities, my next step is always planned and I don't have to constantly think about it.
Their support is also a big plus for me. I recently have been exploring other possibilities of the tool and their CS (Fanny) contacted me right away to plan a meeting. The meeting taught me everything I needed to know, the next steps are clear for both parties... Amazing service!

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

The lack of automation was a bit of an issue in my opinion. However, it has been solved by recent developments.

**What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CS person, I need to get all the relevent information about my customers available quickly. Startdeliver does exactly that.
Moreover, it allows to filter customers according to your own customer journey or to other needs so that you can easily know which customer to prioritize depending on your focus of the moment.

The customer health scoring feature is fantastic! It gives us a clear picture of where each customer stands and helps us proactively address potential issues before they escalate. Honestly, there's nothing significant to dislike about this platform. It delivers on all fronts, providing robust features that enhance our customer success strategies.

We primarily use the platform during our onboarding processes, where we utilize an onboarding project with a checklist to ensure all customers receive the follow-up and support they need. This structured approach has significantly improved our onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the ability to quickly assess customer health allows us to take immediate action when needed, ensuring that we maintain high engagement and address issues proactively.

I like the UI and it is generally easy to use and implement. No big and manual onboardings necessary. The analytics are quite helpful and have helped us to improve certain processes.

There were some features or customisation options lacking compared to larger CRMs. It is not as well integrated. Better for smaller organizations.

We used it to track a customer health score, previously done in a G sheet. Generally just having more customer data from different places in one place instead.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

Being able to categorize our customers based on different variables, such as "New customers", "Onboarding" and "Extra important", to gain a structure in my work process as a customer success manager. Also having a product health score, combined with NPS-score on both company and user-level, it gives me access to be more proactive on where to focus right now, to avoid dissatisfied customers, and also better knowing where the challenges are; like specific users - or specific products.

I am really satisfied with the customer support, they are always helpful and easy to get a hold of. Since StartDeliver is one of my main working tools on a daily basis, its important to feel that you can get help easily.

We integrate StartDeliver with Hubspot, Responsr and our own software which has been working out nicely throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

Just like CRM's, it can easily become too complex and time-consuming  if you dont have a clear and very focused plan when you implement StartDeliver. You really need to figure out the output of WHY certain datapoints are included in the health-score etc. and from what perspective you are seeing things; yours or the customers'.

As a SaaS startup, StartDeliver helps me gain control and be more structured and proactive, at the same time as my feeling can be that it is way more built for bigger/more established businesses, such as the Shared Workspace. So if you are a startup, see that you get an optimal setup for the needs you have - and rather have a long term plan on how to grow in to the StartDeliver-platform.

Having a good overview of existing customers, alongside with better structure and control in my work as a CSM. Alongside with projects and task that I setup and more proactive insights than what I had before, its much easier for me to know when and where I need to make an extra effort on a daily basis, gaining champion-users/high customer satisfaction and minimal churn.

I've had issues with the connection and updated from Outlook. I can see that interaction-time is incorrect at times, even tough it's the correct email provided etc.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

Following up all my projects at the same place and being able to smoothely collaborate with my colleagues improved my work a lot. As well as getting insight and tracking our progress and performance on all levels: individually, project based, collectively.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

I am missing a more visual way to look at project planning overtime as well as creating my own columns to move task along. 
I also sometimes feel limited in doing calculations myself and being able to easily see in the platform how to things are calculated behind the scenes.

**What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StartDeliver makes it easy to collaborate with collegues. It ensures that no information is lost and all centralized in one place which keeps our customers happy, they feel that we have the project in control. 
It helps to follow up on our performance based on our own KPIs and having the data dynamic and thus live and available for our collaborators. This is turns helps our Team leaders to lead their teams. We use the insight data to detect possible issues but more importantly to improve our way of working internally as well as towards customers.

Startdeliver was a critical factor in the success of our CS team. It gave us an excellent interface to organise the team and monitor customer interactions.

It took some time to set up the basics, as the tool was pretty young when we first used it. But over time, the team significantly improved. What was first a negative point became another success story.

I like StartDeliver for its ability to provide a comprehensive overview of customers, enabling a deeper understanding of their usage in the platform, feedback and needs. I am missing a "Gantt view" of the projects.

We want to follow up on our customers' usage in the platform as well as for the team to get an overview of their customer portfolio and follow up on their needs and feedback. We additionally use StartDeliver as a project management tool and to follow up on KPIs. StartDeliver definitely fulfills our expectations and needs.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

The best thing about Startdeliver is that this tool gives me a bird's-eye view of the whole customer portfolio, while at the same time I can make a deep dive into each of the profiles to better understand their situation and health scores. Additionally, with Stardteliver I have all the customer-related information in one place without having to jump from tool to tool.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

We love the app and find it very useful, however, it'd be great if we could create more advanced automation via the app's UI without having to delegate this task to our developers.

We can now have all the information about our customers in one place and easily monitor their health scores. This gives us the possibility to act proactively and manage our customer portfolio more effectively.

**What do you like best about Startdeliver?**

The standard and custom integrations between our CRM, our Database, and StartDeliver automate most of our processes. Which, in turn, gives me a great overview of our customers and their status. 
I also love the attention we get from our CSM Robin. He has helped us proceed with developing our ways of working, and understand how the system works.
The possibilities I have to customize the system myself is also a fantastic feature. Everything from filtering lists, to creating custom fields and integrations without the need of spending time on consultants is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

It is, sometimes, apparent that the system is in an early stage. Many features are in their Roadmap, and sometimes, things do not work as intended. But everythig constantly keeps improving!

Better overview of our customers. Less risk of human error. The system allows me to understand which company that I need to focus on, and what that focus should be.

I use Startdeliver to complete my every day Customer Success tasks. It’s easy to manage all the necessary information in one place (product usage, email correspondence, and projects). Startdeliver helps me to monitor customers’ progress and keep track of my actions. 
I also find the filters really useful as they help to locate the customer I want to work with quickly and easily.

There is nothing in particular that I don’t like about Startdeliver. It would be good to be able to switch between the old and new design of the app, but I believe you quickly get used to the updated layout.

With Startdeliver, I can always check the history of my interactions with customers, so I don’t forget what was already done. This tool helps me analyze our customers’ “health” and build a loyal client base.

Startdeliver helps my team to know everything that we need about customers. No surprises - thanks to detailed categories and statuses we always know what actions to take with which client. It’s also possible to integrate Startdeliver with your email accounts, CRM, and Billing system, so all the details are kept in one place.

There is nothing I dislike about Startdeliver. It would be good if synchronization with integrated apps took less time, but the current time doesn’t really impact the speed of daily workflow.

I think the best thing about Startdelivery is the up-to-date healthscores, which have made it much easier to manage customer relationships. The statistics and reports are also very useful. It is also easy for us to develop our Customer Success processes because Startdeliver offers the possibility to integrate the functionalities into our existing processes. Sometimes it takes time to get new functions up and running, but in the end we've always got everything working.

We have built an integration between Startdeliver and Intercom; this is super powerful and crucial for our segmentation. Thanks to this, we can target users with specific campaigns based on their user or company health score. With this setup, we're ready to scale our company and user base.

I have requested more automation triggers, and they're working on that one!

We use Start Deliver to get an overview of all our trials, onboardings and new customer. It's a great tool that gives us a complete picture of our customers and which actions we need to take next.

**What do you dislike about Startdeliver?**

The UI is not great, but I know this is something they are working on. We have also requested some customizations that aren't possible yet, but hopefully, Start Deliver will be able to offer a better-customized tool soon.

No more Excel files are needed to track customer actions. We can also log health status, and other values that are hard to log in an Excel file. It gives us the overview we need to be successful with our customers.
