The UI is sleek, intuitive, and very user-friendly. The concept behind the health score and impact tracking is well thought out and genuinely valuable. You can tell the product team put effort into making something that looks and feels modern.
Also, credit where it’s due: the team genuinely tried to help us get value out of the tool. They were responsive and showed effort during onboarding and implementation.
There are many out of the box integrations so it's quite easy to get started if you are using many different tools. It's very customizable and the list view is very easy to use with good filtering options. It's quite straightforward to make automations which help creating a smooth workflow without tedious and repetitive tasks. Moreover we have projects which you can share with the customer. It has especially been very beneficial for our onboardings.
All in all, what I like the most is the overview you get. For me, Startdeliver will become our source of truth. We're not there yet, but soon!
