What do you like best about StarGarden HCM?

I like StarGarden HCM's Unified Global HR Data Hub with Granular Regional Segmentation, which allows us to maintain a single source of truth for all employee data and segment it by region, country, or business unit, including custom fields and compliance rules without custom coding. This helps us manage GDPR-mandated data privacy fields and local employment contract details in the EU, track work visa status and regional tax identifiers in APAC, and manage FLSA overtime tracking in the US. I love how we can pull global roll-up reports and drill down to country-specific details in minutes, saving us 2–3 days of manual data aggregation, and enabling our HR team to focus on strategic workforce planning. I appreciate the automatic syncing of data across all modules, which eliminates duplicate data entry errors and ensures compliance with local regulations. The initial setup of StarGarden HCM was simple, which was a great help for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StarGarden HCM?

Employees struggle to complete simple tasks on mobile because buttons are too small, menus are buried, and loading times are slow. Our field sales and support reps, who rely on mobile for admin work, find this frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StarGarden HCM?

Star garden provides and easy setup for organizations and has all the functionalities that are required to run a whole HR department. One of the great feature is that if offers the users to modify the interface hence providing them a comfortable environment to work in. it has great flexibility. Customization is amazing. It makes configuration of existing as well as new data really easy and readily available. The data is stored in a centralized record fashion making it easy for you to get a complete and comprehensive picture to draw out their piece of interest when needed. It provides a streamlined communication between the HR and employees. It has great employee self-service portal. The implementation methodology is very great and easy. You can navigate through the system very smoothly. Automation is top notch. It helps to integrate multiple software systems and tools. It gives access to information and functionalities to employees based on their organizational hierarchy. It is a very secure platform. It provides with additional layers of security to ensure that your work is safe. Customer Support is very efficient. They are very quick, knowledgeable and responsive. What do you like best about StarGarden HCM?

The implementation methodology…it made logical sense and allowed us to get live on the system more quickly than other implementations I have undertaken in the past.

The flexibility of the system - ability to customize and access as many modules and features as we are ready to implement but enough out-of-the-box to get up an running in minimal amount of time.

Customer service and responsiveness - When Contact North had a power outage, StarGarden was an amazing partner and in 3 days built the whole system again with all programming and customization. It occurred on a Friday and by Monday we were back up.

I love your product and process. If something was a mess then I wouldn’t have bothered giving my time for feedback, but I have been truly impressed by StarGarden. The team has been very accommodating and very professional. I am happy to give my feedback as it is something worth investing in, to make it even better. What do you dislike about StarGarden HCM?

Very little to complain about.

On occasion the first line technical support was a bit to quick to assume I had a basic user problem when my issue was more complex.

Partly due to the setback resulting from our power failure, the hand-off from implementation to ongoing support was a little rough, but StarGarden senior staff were more than willing to review our needs and we worked out a solution together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That's tough, b/c I'm not really a fan. I guess I appreciate the support when we have to log tickets - which is often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that it's hard to find & run reports. I also wish the employees had to approve their time before the managers can, as it's leading to issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
