This helps us manage GDPR-mandated data privacy fields and local employment contract details in the EU, track work visa status and regional tax identifiers in APAC, and manage FLSA overtime tracking in the US. I love how we can pull global roll-up reports and drill down to country-specific details in minutes, saving us 2–3 days of manual data aggregation, and enabling our HR team to focus on strategic workforce planning.
