What do you like best?

The Staffbase platform for adding content to your enterprise application is EXTREMELY easy to use. Adding content requires no prrior HTML experience, and they are constantly adding widgets and new features based on what their clients are adding to the app to help make the experience easier. It was also a very short time from signing the contract to getting the backend of the app set up for us to add content. They respond instantaneously to any issues, of which there are hardly any. What do you dislike?

It's really hard to dislike anything. If I had to say one thing, I would say that sometimes the cost per license should be based on those who have downloaded the app versus those who are invited because it makes it harder for larger organizations to then select employees to add and remove from the invite list if employees just haven't had a chance to download the app yet. Because then employees who are invited but have not downloaded yet are taking up licenses you are paying for, but you can't invite new employees to take up those licenses on a first-come, first-serve basis because then you would have to pay extra just to invite new employee groups (with the other option being removing the employees who have not yet downloaded to reuse those licenses to invite new employee groups). This makes it hard to drive engagement to wider employee groups. Review collected by and hosted on
