## About StackBob
StackBob.ai is an Agentic Identity Governance solution that completes the enterprise IAM stack by integrating applications that lack SCIM, APIs, or connectors, reducing manual provisioning and compliance risk. Powered by proprietary No-Code Autonomous Provisioning (NCAP™) technology, StackBob.ai operates alongside existing IGA and IdP platforms without replacement, migration, or re-architecture. It also eliminates the need for enterprise-tier licensing to obtain SCIM/APIs and enables automated joiner–mover–leaver workflows for previously non-integrated applications.

## StackBob Reviews
  ### 1. All-in-one IAM solution for agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan N. | Chief Marketing Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

StackBob just makes things easier. As an agency, we use tons of tools - SEO platforms, CRM, internal tools, social media accounts, etc. Before StackBob, we were constantly digging through google spreadsheets or bugging the ops team to figure out who had access to what.

Now it’s all in one clean dashboard. The Chrome extension is super handy, the UI is easy (even for non-tech folks), and onboarding was really smooth. Their team helped us get set up fast.

I also love that we finally have visibility into where our money’s going. Who’s using what, which tools are just burning cash, when renewals are coming up.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

Honestly, nothing so far. It’s rare that software just works out of the box, but this one really did. If anything comes up, their team is always super responsive.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage tools, logins, passwords, and access manually. Offboarding someone was stressful. Now it takes minutes.

StackBob gave us control back. One of the biggest wins for us was managing shared accounts properly. Now they’re stored securely, only the right people can access them. Additionally, we don’t waste time or money on tools we don’t use as StackBob provides intelligent insights on licenses, renewals and potential optimization.

  ### 2. Modern IAM That Simplifies Access!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisa M. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

I adore how StackBob simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process. During compliance reviews, the audit logs also provide me with comfort. Additionally, a major differentiator is the ability to connect to any app, even ones that do not support SSO.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

Overall, the platform performs incredibly well. All I want is for the dashboard to be a little easier to use.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, StackBob took the place of a laborious, manual procedure. By better managing licenses, we're reducing software costs, increasing security, and saving time. It's uncommon to find a tool that simplifies leadership and IT tasks, but StackBob does just that.

  ### 3. Next Gen Agentic IAM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gauthier V. | President and Co-founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

When you leave employee access unchecked, you’re not merely tolerating small glitches—you’re opening the door to a disaster. One former staffer with forgotten credentials or one neglected service account can unleash a breach that steals your proprietary data—or your clients’. StackBob gives you real-time visibility and airtight controls so you can neutralize those risks before they strike.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

Probably that I discovered it so late. I believe StackBob should be doing a better job of advertising itself.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access provisioning and deprovisioning across the entire tool stack.

  ### 4. Stackbob

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tetiana M. | HR administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

StackBob is a great platform for managing access and spend for all our apps and services. We use it to manage both internal tools as well as accounts for our clients. The best thing is how easy it is to share access. You can share specific accounts with one person or a whole team. It also tracks costs and sends renewal reminders. When people leave, removing their access is a breeze. Makes my job much simpler.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

Nothing, everything is ok, quick and easy

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing credentials

  ### 5. Excellent alternative to Okta for SMBs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiia T. | Head of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

We've been using StackBob for over a year now and it helps us tremendously. It is easy to set up and use and meets our high cybersecurity requirements. A great tool to see and manage all of the company's tools and licenses in one place! Also, the team of StackBob has been very responsive to all our requests and comments.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

StackBob, by its nature, can't sync information from your tools, so our admins have to do it manually. We knew this from the start and decided to go with this tool anyway, but it's definitely something worth mentioning.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track and optimize user licenses across multiple tools

  ### 6. Say goodbye to subscription chaos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim L. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

Managing subscriptions across various apps used to be pure chaos—some tied to SSO, others on individual plans, and tracking everything in Excel. With StackBob, we now have a clear onboarding flow, centralized control over subscriptions, and full oversight of expenses. It’s a game-changing, no-compromise solution. And the most important it so easy to integrate with workspace!

I’d like to highlight the excellent support and the ability to submit feature requests — your team is simply the best!

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

StackBob evolves so quickly that sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the new features.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR processes (Onboarding)
License management
Cost monitoring

  ### 7. Feature Rich program with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan L. | VP, Information Technology and Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

The team supporting StackBob has been phenomenal to work with. They are very competitive on pricing and have features that I didn't even know I needed but now can't live without. Very simple to add software and works like magic.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

Product is still maturing so you will run into bugs once in a while. Support team is extremely quick to fix those though.

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to add/remove employees without human error and is great for licensing tracking and reduction. Pays for itself.

  ### 8. awesome tool that I was looking for for a long time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dima U. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about StackBob?**

With StackBob, we were finally able to take full control of our SaaS spending and license management.
It offers many useful integrations that provide a comprehensive view of our cost distribution, split by departments and projects, and configure permissions. And most importantly, it helps us plan our SaaS spending in advance.

**What do you dislike about StackBob?**

A UI design refresh could be helpful, but it’s not critical. StackBob remains the most powerful and user-friendly SaaS cost management tool on the market (based on our research).

**What problems is StackBob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaaS cost management, license management.
