The SMS Marketing system is great, it integrates with your square POS System to collect more contacts to market to. And creating beautiful emails is easy! I feel like the platform is more limited in design compared to its competitors and the placement of where you change the subject line of an email makes it easy to miss if you happen to be copying a previous email for a new campaign. I also don't like how they hold data hostage so it's hard to move all customer info to other platforms. I also wish that it was easier to send test emails to others on my team through the system.
