Its easy, handy and very convenient for any space and customer service.

Automatic List Building: Every time a customer taps their card and asks for a digital receipt, they are added to your directory. You don't have to "ask" for sign-ups as aggressively; it happens during the natural flow of a sale.

What do you dislike about Square Marketing?

While the SMS feature is effective, it comes with strict operational guardrails:

Character Limits: The SMS character count is notoriously tight, making it difficult to convey complex offers without multiple (expensive) messages.

What do you like best about Square Marketing?

I like the customizable templates and audience segmentation features in Square Marketing. They allow us to categorize our customers into specific groups effectively. I also appreciate that we can create and integrate coupons and use Google review integration. What do you dislike about Square Marketing?

What do you like best about Square Marketing?

The SMS Marketing system is great, it integrates with your square POS System to collect more contacts to market to. And creating beautiful emails is easy! There are a ton of features that we loved such as scedhuling messages and emails. We used it all the time to promote specials for our business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
