I really like that I can watch live what I sell, and the personal contact with our customer is very nice by using the system. We don't have to send private messages ourselves when a customer orders something; this is done by the system for us. The initial setup was very easy, and if I needed help, I could be assisted by the Sprii team. **What do you dislike about Sprii.io?** That if a customer does not check out, the shopping cart will automatically empty and the items will become available again. **What problems is Sprii.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Sprii.io, we can automatically send messages after an order, making personal customer contact and viewing live sales easier. ### 3.
