
We first got access to SparrowGenie during its pre-launch, and I’ll admit—I was skeptical considering its a complex space and most tools over compromise to accomdate most formats. But what stood out early (and has only matured since) is the product’s focus on usability and the ability handle wide variety of RFP's.
The Excel fidelity is great —our team can import, collaborate, and export back to the client template without losing formatting or validations. That single feature built trust internally. Over time, the platform has grown into a true sales co-pilot: proposal drafts, knowledge library, review workflows, and integrations.

What could be better: Word/PDF support is still limited, but on the roadmap as per the team.
Bottom line: SparrowGenie has matured from an experiment into an essential part of our revenue workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
