**What do you like best about SOCi?**

The most helpful aspect of SOCi is its ability to centralize multi-location management into a single dashboard. For a franchise model with dozens of locations, the platform excels at maintaining brand consistency while allowing for localized social media engagement.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

While the platform is powerful, the user interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing a high volume of locations simultaneously. Navigating between deep-level analytics for specific territories and the global overview sometimes requires more clicks than expected. A more streamlined, intuitive 'quick-switch' toggle for individual location dashboards would greatly improve daily efficiency.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using SOCi, gathering a holistic view of our digital performance across all locations was a fragmented, manual process involving multiple spreadsheets.

SOCi provides a unified analytics suite that shows us exactly how our localized marketing efforts are performing. We can now identify which locations are excelling and which need more support, allowing us to make data-driven decisions on where to allocate our marketing resources for the best ROI.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

Soci was very easy to integrate, and is limited on its performance issues. Overalll, we're very satisfied with the easiness SOCI creates for our marketing. It was easy to setup, easy to explain to new employees, and has very effective features with the new AI implimentations. I don't personally know what we pay to use SOCI, but given that it's been installed by our Corporate, I'm sure it's something valuable.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I cannot personally attest to anything I *dislike* about SOCI, but it would be nice to implement things other than post for the feed and stories or communications. If you could set up events, or other similar things I think SOCI could be a bigger investment.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCI is a huge problem solver for our marketing and lead outsourcing. We are seeing a huge return of investment when we spend the time scheduling quality posts. The amount of leads and member signups we receive skyrockets.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. Ads are a little complicated so I do run ads directly through META its a little user friendly and ties in Instagram and FB together.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing post, its really helpful. I schedule out my post sometimes a whole month in advance and it makes my social posting life so much easier. If it could be a little more user friendly I would def recommend more and more.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love the interface. I think it's really easy to use. The AI does a really good job of getting a start to responses when I'm looking to respond to reviews on pages. It's really handy being able to post across platforms, making it easy to cross-post to different locations. The AI is pretty great at pinpointing what's most important before I respond to each review.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I do think that when I'm looking through media to grab from different banks of data, like previous posts and things like that, they could be displayed in a more coherent order. They seem a little bit hard to discern from one to the next. There's like three different banks if I recall, and just being able to see everything in one view page would help me find what I'm looking for a little easier. Right now, you have to select one of the different options, and there's no select all, at least on my side.

I use SOCi to respond to reviews across platforms like Yelp, Google, and Facebook, helping me stay structured without visiting each page individually. It simplifies posting content across locations and aids in identifying important aspects of reviews before responding.

I really appreciate SOCi's online portal that lets us track our posts and scheduled posts easily and update anything as needed. It's valuable for us, especially being a veterinary clinic, as it helps us get information to our clients and let them know what we offer. I also find it great for keeping up with reviews and ensuring we don't miss anything important. The analytics portion is helpful too, making sure I'm keeping up on things. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I find it a bit difficult sometimes because we have to log in specifically through our corporate accounts. We can't log in regularly, and it takes a few extra steps. It’s more of a corporate issue than an issue with SOCi itself.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I really like SOCi for its ease of scheduling posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram, which helps me manage our insurance company's social media without worrying during a busy week. The scheduling aspect really works well for our agency, allowing me to plan posts for an entire month and manage my time better. It's helpful because anyone in the office can log in and post, making it very easy for everyone on the team to contribute. I also appreciate how SOCi provides insights into follower count and suggests what posts might perform well. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, and it's convenient to grant access to other team members so we can all work on it together.

I don't know. Maybe if there's, like, better training to show me all the features that it does because again, I don't know everything that it does. But I've never even looked to see if there was training. But maybe better training would be a good thing that could be improved.

I like the easy-to-use interface. I can track many of my social accounts and follow up on any comments customers leave. I also appreciate that it’s geared toward people who aren’t very tech-savvy. I check it every week to make sure I’m up to date with my clients.

There are times when my username and password don’t work. Even though I’m entering the same ones every time, I have to try multiple times before it lets me in. I’m not sure if this is a glitch.

One business problem I had was trying to view all of my platforms in one place, so I wouldn’t have to keep track of so many usernames and passwords. Now I can see the stats on what’s working and what isn’t. I’m also able to respond to customers and get a clear view of how my center is doing across the franchise.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that I can create social media posts for all of my accounts in one place. I also like how smart it is and how easy it is to use. I can type in what I want to say, and it improves it for me.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The main issue I’ve run into so far is having a hard time going back and deleting a post from the previous day when it needed corrections. Also, some of the posts that get created can sound and look like they were made by AI, so they usually need a bit of editing before I post them. This isn’t a major problem, but it would be really helpful to have an option to go back and edit a post afterward, just in case something was missed or overlooked

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The more I edit and post, the more SOCi learns and grows. It’s learning what I look for and like versus what I don’t like. The more I continue to use it, the better it understands what I want and can adjust or correct itself accordingly. I really like this app because it makes posting convenient and not robotic.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. The dashboard provides quick insight into our current social presence and allows for quick changes to posting.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times.

I also find posting to multiple platforms a great feature as it ensures that all of my clients see our posts at the optimal time for viewers to interact with them. The setup of SOCi was easy and it's simple to understand and use.

I use SOCi to post for my property management company's properties, and I really like that it gives me access to multiple platforms at the same time. It makes it so I don't have to use multiple platforms to post on them all, which saves a lot of time. The ability to add hashtags is great because it ensures that if anyone is searching by hashtags, we are visible. I also find the scheduling feature valuable as it helps us post at peak times, ensuring our consumers see our posts. Although there was a learning curve, SOCi is very user-friendly and easy to adapt to, which makes it efficient for my team.

I wish there was a way to resize within the program for platforms that need a different size. If it is there, I am not aware of it

I use SOCi to manage and reply to store reviews for our 18 locations, and I find it incredibly useful for being notified every time a review is posted. I like the AI-generated responses, which really stand out for me, along with the ability to create templates to respond to common reviews. These features help me be more productive, allowing me to spend less time thinking and replying manually to each review. I also appreciate how adding new stores is seamless.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I really wish there was an option for DoorDash to be connected to SOCi. Emojis being used when replying to Yelp reviews would be nice since I am unable to use them and our brand loves using the jalapeno emoji for some of our positive reviews. Also the ability to see updated reviews in my main inbox would be awesome.

I use SOCi to manage and reply to store reviews across locations, easily notify about new reviews, and efficiently use AI-generated responses and templates, saving time in crafting replies.

I primarily use SOCi to schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms and to manage reviews about my studio. I love how SOCi provides a high level of efficiency, saving me time by allowing me to manage everything in a single location without logging into multiple platforms. Hands down, the ease of use is what I like most about SOCi. I really like the content libraries and images, which keep everything together and make it easy to find what I need or make slight changes to customize in real-time. The content libraries are fantastic, as I never have to create content from scratch. They always provide inspiration, and the images offer options to keep content fresh.

I like how the landing page provides a well rounded snapshot of valuable information related to your connected socials and their engagement with customers/clients. I especially like the AI generated prompts for replying to reviews as sometimes, it provides a better way to say what I was already wanting to say.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Thus far, I have not discovered any true "dislikes" as the platform serves all the uses I have which is tracking social media and other platform reviews and interactions.

I use SOCi to post about my job and events going on in our community, and I really appreciate being able to schedule multiple posts so I don't have to post each day. I like how easy it is to access and post on SOCi; it gives me the ability to post with ease and ensures I'm able to post on many platforms. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy.

I wish SOCi could adjust the pictures if they are not compatible when posting to different platforms. Each platform has a different size for pictures, and if SOCi had the ability to adjust them while posting, it would be easier to get all the posts published. I have to use Canva to adjust the picture size for each post.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

SOCi excels in being all inclusive and tailored to each entity it serves. Our reps at SOCi are very attentive and helpful whenever we have issues and work to make the platform fit for us. 

I think another important point is that SOCi includes the smoothest integrations we have come across and includes GBP, Yelp, TikTok, Instagram (+ stories), and Facebook. This gives it breadth and takes the weight off of us and our associates to handle all the accounts for each property, making it easier to scale.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the performance reports can be a bit finicky at times, and errors related to posts are sometimes cryptic and hard to understand. Of course, we have our amazing reps who help us out, so that’s less of an issue, but the notifications can feel a little overwhelming sometimes, especially when they come in across the portfolio.

I use SOCi for managing FB and IG content, and it really solves time management for me as a one-stop shop. I like scheduling posts in advance because I can schedule a week or even a month in advance, and I just have to write once and it publishes to multiple social media platforms. The initial setup was super easy.

I think the reviews are good, but it would be nice to be prompted to solicit more if a certain amount of time has passed and none have been received.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I do not utilize this feature other than to see what Ace Corporate has uploaded. It is helpful for Ace to get us organized libraries of content, but as far as using Soci to use those assets, I just download and upload to Meta business and review my stats in there as well. I do not utilize SOCi often any more at this time.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I schedule and post directly via Meta Business Suite. It's an extra step and I don't often post Ace assets so I don't utilize it.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to solve being able to schedule posts, but now that Meta can do that- it isn't really solving any problems for me. It's a nice program, but not being able to easily see my own content calendar without all of the optional campaigns has turned me off of it lately.

I love the seamless scheduling of posts SOCi provides. It makes it so easy to manage social media content. I'm really happy with how it allows scheduling posts to Instagram, Tik Tok, Google, and Facebook, facilitating the entire posting process. The tool is also comprehensive from a corporate standpoint and was easily implemented. I use SOCi's integration with Canva, which enhances my ability to create organic post content. Overall, the tool's features make scheduling and managing posts much more efficient.

Once the calendar date has passed, I'm unable to go back to select content in order to repost. Also, I would like the option of assigning team members who can add posts for management to approve content before it is posted.

I love this platform. As a busy animal hospital manager, it brings all of my social media, comments, and reviews into one place, which is so much easier than logging in to each account individually every day. Soci also tracks views and interactions, so I have a clear indicator of what’s popular with our clients. That makes it easier for me to tailor our platforms for more views and engagement, and to market our company more effectively. I use this platform every single day, and it has significantly improved my work-life balance. Overall, it’s very user-friendly.

The only downside I can think of with Soci is how the posts are viewed from my perspective. Everything is contained within the platform, so you don’t really see a feed the way you would on Instagram or Facebook. That said, it isn’t really an issue for me, since I have the actual apps for those platforms and can check our pages there to see them from a client’s perspective.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I appreciate the robustness of SOCi; it can do quite a few things. I particularly like how its genius applications learn from the input you provide to offer a detailed look at what you need to improve. The genius listings feature is also a highlight for me, as it analyzes keywords and indicates how many additional views you might get by implementing them. This is incredibly helpful in streamlining the process of keyword analysis and keeping them current, which can be tough to do manually.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

It's complicated. The onboarding process was long. The app can be difficult to navigate. Unlike others, they pretty much throw you out into the wild to fend for yourself once they've completed the onboarding. The app does a lot, but it can be complicated. Additionally, we've had issues where our listings have gone unverified after making the changes SOCi recommends. More support from the SOCi team. They were heavily involved in the sales process. But I never hear from them once we finished onboarding. It's a great app. But it's not the easiest to navigate. Not easy. Finalizing the contract took forever. Then the onboarding, which I expected to take 1-2 weeks too more like 2 months.

SOCi solves our social media management issues by allowing us to post to multiple communities through one dashboard. Its keyword analysis in genius listings guides us in optimizing content for visibility, streamlining a previously manual process.

I like the easy calendar interface. It has statistics readily available, not on a separate screen, and you can click right into the post. It also has a feature that schedules posts at peak times, customized based on their analysis of your audience. It definitely cuts down a lot on time spent posting, allowing us to schedule out a month in advance, or even two. We can just set it and forget it instead of having to post to each individual platform, making us much more efficient with our social media through SOCi.

I find the interface a bit outdated. It doesn't have drag-and-drop functionality on the calendar, for example. The interface feels a little cluttered.

I love the custom AI responses that are generated in our brand voice, and I also love that we can input specific information like phone numbers or emails for customer service into our AI replies. It's great that I can approve and edit them, maybe add someone's name in if needed. The onboarding was pretty simple and nice because we were able to just give our brand voice, and SOCi took it from there. SOCi compiles all the Google reviews into one easy list for me, which makes managing around 100 different Google accounts more manageable and streamlined.

The toughest part for SOCi reviews right now for me is if a google user goes in and updates their review, SOCi doesn't always catch that and pull it into my list as a new review for me to update my response to.

I like how easy it is to impliment SOCi.  SOCi can manage, automate, schedule, and post all of our social media activity and posts across our different channels in one spot.  SOCi is great with managing all of our client reviews in one spot and being able to respond to those reviews in a timely manner.  SOCi is a very efficient social media and review management tool that saves our office lots of time from removing unecessary/redundant extra steps.  We use SOCi all the time and they provide great customer suppot to help you integrate the software.

It does take some time to learn and master all that SOCi has to offer, but once you learn the technology, it is easy to use and very well worth the time investment.

My favorite feature in SOCi is the review feature because it provides elaborate responses, allowing us to respond directly to guests' reviews in a timely manner. It helps us to log in daily and respond to reviews we receive without hesitation or delay, cutting down on the amount of time required to ensure we are engaging with current and future clients.

I would like to be able to remove a review from the review list if it is something that we are not interested in replying to. Sometimes there is a review that is either being reported to Google or is not being responded to for whatever reason. We don't currently have a way to remove that from the list. We would like to be able to remove reviews from the review list if we are not currently needing to reply to those so that the most current reviews listed at the top are ones that we need to quickly reply to.

I like receiving notifications when reviews are received and using the AI tool to draft and post quick responses. I also appreciate being able to post content to Facebook three times a week. Having all website access in one place for all social media and review sites makes things much easier. I can quickly pull reports to check on our posting schedule and access historical data to see which sites might need more attention. It's great to be able to draft responses to DMs, social posts, and reviews without having to manage multiple logins for different websites and properties.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The website platform is odd to navigate; it's not necessarily self-explanatory, and it takes time to get used to. The menu on the left has subcategories with odd names. For example, 'Inbox' under reviews would be expected to be some kind of DM inbox, but it's where you access all the reviews, which is not actually self-explanatory. Also, when you select a group/location and then toggle to some of the subcategories, it resets the location and you have to select it again.

I like the ease of use of SOCi. I appreciate how I don't have to go searching for what I need and can simply toggle to the left to find everything, including a drop-down menu. Dropping down Socials, I can see my scheduled, past, and current posts and easily edit them or change times if needed. This is particularly helpful since we have multiple users, and it makes it easier to avoid duplicating posts. We switched to SOCi from Metricool because it's user-friendly and offers more options. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The BI is slightly confusing on how to work it, but I also haven't read or watched the videos. There should be a glossary for what all things mean and how they impact the business or why they are important.

For us, the most helpful thing about SOCi is the ability to have a social media presence on multiple platforms, but only having to post from one place. We are able to update multiple platforms with one click. SOCi is super user-friendly and easy to utilize as well. We were nervous about the transition to SOCi, but with no training, we were able to quickly establish the skills to navigate SOCi and successfully update our social media accounts.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

The only frustrating things that we have run into with SOCi are that we often find when we upload photos that were taken with a cell phone, they look fine on the website and on the scheduler, but when they post, they are blurry. It has occurred with photos taken from multiple cellular devices. The only other thing is that sometimes our posts expire because they require approval. I wish that there was an option to allow the post to delay processing if it isn't approved within the timeframe that you're scheduling. Some posts may be time sensitive, so that wouldn't make sense, but a lot of our posts are just updates about events that have happened or curriculum in the classrooms, so there is no real expiration. I would also like to be able to connect accounts for multi-unit operators.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like SOCi because it simplifies social media posting and ensures continuity across social channels with the convenience of content scheduling. The interface is easy to use, which saves me time creating and posting content. I appreciate the scheduling feature and the clean layout that allows me to ensure all social content is scheduled across relevant platforms. The analytics feature and the quality of content monitoring are also beneficial. Having hard data to back up the effectiveness of social campaigns is wonderful. The layout is less cluttered and more clean compared to other social media scheduling tools. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy.

The platforms SOCi allows to post to. Integrating the ability to post to TikTok would be nice.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like how SOCi handles many different platforms for posting and makes my job easier with company-approved posts. I also appreciate how simple it is to find things; the layout has everything listed so you know how to get around. It's helpful that SOCi tells me when a platform doesn’t support a video type and provides details on what's going wrong. The initial setup was very easy, and the platform is so intuitive that exploring it was more helpful than the training.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I would say letting the property or company change the colors. Every company has different color schemes, I wouldn't mind seeing that be implemented within the SOCi program. Like Greystar, if they use SOCi, would be a navy blue and white webpage.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like that SOCi makes it super easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it saves a lot of time because I don't have to post at certain days and times. It’s convenient to pre-schedule posts for my days off, so I don’t have to worry about posting on my off days. A feature I find particularly helpful is that it automatically posts on both my Instagram and Facebook accounts instead of me having to do them separately. It's definitely a great tool to have, and I've already recommended it to a few people I know who shoot content and post it. It's super useful for planning posts for our new gym opening.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Sometimes the photo/video will only post to Facebook and not Instagram. I’m assuming it’s due to the size of the file? I’m not sure if it’s SOCi or Instagram guidelines but it’ll automatically take off the Instagram posting. I’m assuming it’s because of the sizing of the file not being able to be done on Instagram but I’m not 100% sure, it’s kind of hit or miss!

I use SOCi to pre-schedule posts, saving time and avoiding posting on days off. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it and automatically posts to Instagram and Facebook, simplifying my social media management.

I love SOCi's social media scheduler. It makes my job so much easier by helping to streamline our content creation and marketing. I specifically love the AI-generated captions it provides. I can trust our social media will be posted on time, so I don't have to stress. It's also super easy to set up. I use SOCi a lot for our marketing to schedule out resident events and make posts for the month ahead. It helps us to easily respond to reviews left by users.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

If I had to change one thing about SOCi it would be the size of photos it lets me upload for posts. It would be easier if it would automatically change the size of the photo to fit an Instagram post, rather than cutting it off.

I use SOCi to manage my social media accounts across all platforms, and it helps me schedule my content efficiently. I like how it saves my posts in a library, allowing me to repost and recycle older content. The notifications for comments and views are handy, ensuring I don't miss anything on multiple platforms. The scheduling tool is great, letting me post across all platforms with one button. I also appreciate how it organizes everything in libraries, which makes it easier to manage and reuse my content.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think it'd be helpful if you can just let us know what are the peak times for our specific target market. So we're targeting, you know, women from the ages of 25 to 35. Just tell us what are the peak times to post for that age group. Know that's a lot of AI work, but I think you guys can create it so that we can post peak times, but the homework is done for us.

The All In One aspect is really appealing to me. I also appreciate the ability to post to all linked social media channels, which is a big draw.

I think the UI could be modernized, as it seems a bit dated and clunky. I also struggle to understand how to incorporate stories and reels; all the options seem a bit disjointed and some guidance would be nice. It would be nice to have it carry you through posting, similar to how Facebook and Instagram do it straight on the platform. Including explanations of each feature and what it does. Some more flair, bubble popups, etc. Just generally more guidance I suppose.

They’ve been very instructive and helpful, especially when it comes to teaching us which tools to use to further our SEO strategy. The initial onboarding was efficient, and we also appreciate their willingness to branch out into AI tools. The platform itself is easy to use and offers a good variety of features.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

While the initial onboarding was quick and efficient, we found it to be a bit impersonal. We would have liked more individualized options for our brand, and to not feel slightly rushed throughout the process. We also feel that while the tools have many different functions, the tracking metrics for localized pages is lacking in compariso to the listings features. While the platform is easy to use once you have been provided instruction, it it could be more intuitive and flow better.

SOCi is helping our business with our localized SEO strategy. We are using their listings tools and local pages to help improve our search impressions, rankings, and control what information is being served in new AI search, as well as their Reputation tool to help simply our reputation management.

It solves the problem of posting individually across pages one by one, and the problem of posting content at the moment I want it posted. The ease of scheduling to many pages is phenomenal. I appreciate the guidance about when to schedule my posts. I think the management of multiple pages and accounts works especially well. Managing dozens of pages, posting different content to each page would be labor-intensive, but posting once to SOCi and seeing it across all pages is amazing. The initial setup of SOCi was easy and smooth.

I wish it connected with more platforms, like TikTok.

I love the scheduler option. Being able to schedule posts in advance is one of the best features, because I can plan content for the next month without having to worry about it day to day. Also, having access to all the reviews on one page is so convenient, especially when I’m trying to respond to every review across all platforms.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I don’t like that I can’t access Canva or Capcut directly from my post page. Having that option would make it easier to create content right from the page, without needing to switch elsewhere.
