  ### 1. Great Family Plan, but poor connectivity

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

I like the fact that my family is on the same plan.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

I dislike the cost. I dislike the connection. I just like the Customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

I do not recommend it.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have problems with the Wi-Fi is signal. This affects my work and a negative way. It also cuts off conversations with friends and family.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

I usually have a dedicated Account Manager for our team. That in itself is gold, rather than having to call number after number to get assistance and most importantly, a dedicated team.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

Because they are a large telecom provider, sometimes I think some areas of small business may get neglected as in root cause analysis at times, as well as just trying to get a response on issues when things go down. Other than that, I'm sure the smaller companies have their issues as well.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

Since AT&T is usually the resident local carrier for much of the US, they've been established about as long as the oldest carriers, therefore they would know more about their networks than those that just simply lease from them, as in resellers and other carriers.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, our internet and phones are provided through AT&T's IPFLEX service. All of our connection to the outside world are through them.

NO PROBLEMS!!  EVERYTHING IS GREAT

As compared to the other providers, the availability and reach is higher.

The customer support and service is worst.

Get same-day delivery and expert setup on new devices.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

AT&T has been my #1 phone company for many years. I've never had any real challenging problems. The service and signal has always been spot on. I'll probably never change.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

The only thing I might change is prices. They can be a little steep.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

The best thing about AT&T if you are thinking about getting them for any of their services is set it up and leave it.
What I mean by this is once you get everything setup with the service you get choose all you have to do is enjoy it. Just forget about it because you'll never have a problem.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had AT&T for years and I've never had to even call them until recently. My phone has been coming up on caller ID's as private. This change on my phone can cause many issues for outbound calls but also for certain people calling in. 
I did a chat with them and outcome was to give it 48 hours and I should get a text confirming that it complete. I received the text so I thought I would be good to go, but no. It was still saying private.
End result: it took 2 times of contacting them to resolve my issue but if that's the only thing bad to say about AT&T, I'm good with that.

Hold times when calling in, and some reps are very rude

I went into the store to get my ipad hooked up to prepaid service. He wasted no time in getting started and was done within 15 min. I couldn't be happier with the service.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

At&t service is always great. never drop signal, which is why i got the service for my ipad. So far its worked great and prices are affordable.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

I have been using at&t for over 5 years now and i havent ran into any issues. My experience has always been positive.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

If your looking for great prices with exceptional customer service, at&t would be the best way to go.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit is auto pay and getting a discount. Saves me money while getting great service.

I’ve always had AT&T as an internet service provider. The wireless internet service allows for all of my projects to get completed in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

AT&T has a very responsive customer service team that works with you whenever you have an issue.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

There are plenty of moments where the service would be out of it would drop out of nowhere.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

Make sure you choose the best plan to ensure that you are constantly disconnecting.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AT&T supplies the wireless network that is needed to stay connected. I was always  able to connect with multiple devices and get the job done with the service.

Trying to update my phone service.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

The basic functionality of the phone line.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

I had a very hard time getting to the right person at AT&T to help me. I called for support and was sent to the wrong department many times. I was forwarded to the wrong department and I had to call back many times.

**What problems is AT&T solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was on the wrong phone plan and was being over-charged.

I've never had any problems with AT&T. It works everywhere for all things.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

I dislike nothing at all. It has everything I want and everything I need.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

AT&T outranks its competitors in every area listed above. If you're still skeptical, there's nothing wrong with at least trying it out.

All of my social networking, entertainment, and tech comes through AT&T

I do not like the coverage in the Iowa region and parts of Illinois.

Let’s me work no matter where I’m at without having to be in an office at all times. Provides constant communication 

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

Being available without having to be in an office all the time. Having GPS so I can get from point a-b.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

The service areas aren’t very strong. I don’t get service in the middle of town or home.

I use AT&T for their wireless services currently, although I have used other of their services in the past. 

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

I like being able to stay connected with my colleagues and clients while I am out of the office. Makes missing calls less frequent. 

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

Sometimes in certain areas, calls still drop, which is embarrassing from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T:**

It is better than most of the other service providers out there.

Needed to activate my new phone, the rep was so helpful and it was a very easy experience. The rep helped me move all my stuff from my old phone to new phone and it was very simple.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

the service is the best through them where I live, and the price is very reasonable

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

nothing I could think of that I dislike about the business or services. If I had anything to dislike it would be the customer service over the phone

 We've used AT&T for years with OPt-e-man and now ASE circuits. Both are great products.

**What do you like best about AT&T?**

   The Price, ease of use and reliability. Their support or is great once you get the right group.

**What do you dislike about AT&T?**

 Scheduling and opening tickets. Once the project start and you've given your preferences the installer or the company the hired to install the physical will just show up out of the blue. Opening a ticket with the correct team also takes patients. use the online tool or site an make them contact you.
