Its user interface is quite brilliant catering to the need of the industry **What do you dislike about SnapHire?** SnapHire is a responsive and quite robustly build platform, however integration of more involved machine learning algorithms will help the company to give more accurate output. **Recommendations to others considering SnapHire:** easy on eyes **What problems is SnapHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy to use a platform like Snaphire to increase your productivity and at the same time cost-effectiveness. It can save many man-hours and the best suitable candidate can be matched at a faster pace. ### 2. The interface was easy for all company users to track applicants and potential candidates. It enabled us to keep track of everything and stay organized. **What do you dislike about SnapHire?** I wish there were more options to change the pipeline and more customization options. Feedback reminders would be very helpful for the company users and candidates. **What problems is SnapHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving problems having to do with applicant tracking. The benefits we have noticed are that the organizational aspect of recruiting was solved and efficient. ### 3. Very importantly, the customer service is superbly personal and thorough. It's reliable in that there have never been any outages or losses of data. It interfaces with many different programs, allowing easy cross-posting and management of applications. **What do you dislike about SnapHire?** For the product it is offering, it's quite expensive. Newer ATS companies are providing elevated services that candidates and administrators love for a much lower cost. The interface is clunky and outdated, and it makes for a poor candidate experience when setting up the application, sending out communications, and designing the experience overall. Categories don't always make sense and the organization of the system itself can be confusing, leading to difficulty when trying to make modifications. Lastly, the metrics available for sourcing are very hard to navigate and are often unreliable. **Recommendations to others considering SnapHire:** If you are a smaller organization, definitely go with something cheaper like JazzHR or something similar. **What problems is SnapHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** SnapHire is very comprehensive, which both works for and against it depending on the type of user. For candidates, it feels outdated and ineffective.
