I really like Smarter Contact because it makes it easy for us to reach out to a lot of people at once, saving us from having to text individuals one by one and creating more time for our team. I like that their UI is very easy to use, and you can create follow-up sequences very easily. I appreciate the feature that allows us to set someone up on a follow-up sequence just twenty-four hours after they receive a message if they haven't responded, which is great for reminding people to respond. Also, the initial setup was extremely easy.

I like that I don't need to use opt-out language legally. I feel comfortable using the system's UI. The pricing is amazing for the results I'm getting. The integrations take only a few minutes.

High delivery rates, intuitive user interface, great support staff. Versatility in terms of messaging campaign design. Easy integrations with Zapier. Performance has never been an issue. Its priced as a premium product, but my ROI is like 10x plus. I haven't used any of the AI features, so I can't speak to that personally.
