Our old site was outdated and on a platform where our marketing team couldn't update it ourselves. We love our new site. SmartAcre helped us with developing a new modern branding guide, and created a look and feel that is perfect. Their team really took the time to understand our business and our value prop. during the discovery phase, and was able to beautifully translate that into a website that is now one of our best "sales members." They developed a website that met all of our needs and added some really neat features. They also made sure to keep everything easy to update so that our marketing team can maintain the site ourselves going forward without having to put in IT tickets. Updating is so easy. Their team was great at keeping the project on time, and communicating expectations at each milestone. When we went live their team was their to support our IT team with turning the site on. If you have a "lean" marketing team like mine, SmartAcre is the perfect partner to help you launch a super successful website optimized for inbound marketing. **What do you like best about SmartAcre?** SmartAcre fit right in with our team, our marketing secret weapon. **What do you dislike about SmartAcre?** Wish we had them implement our new online store as well. We split the project between two vendors, but would recommend letting SmartAcre do the full project. SmartAcre did a wonderful job coordinating with the other company. But unfortunately the other company introduced delays into our project. No fault to SmartAcre. **What problems is SmartAcre solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a reliable website that shows the value we have. We have already seen an increase in website engagement, and store orders. Within the first two weeks of launching we hit a new record for web sales in a single day. ### 2. We truly feel like SmartAcre is an extension of our Marketing team as we work very closely together on most major initiatives. For the past three years, we have collaborated with SmartAcre to produce our top performing digital campaign - the State of API Integration Report. This report is the API industry's most comprehensive breakdown of the current state of API integration, best practices, challenges, and future predictions. This project would not be possible without SmartAcre. They provide content editing, design, landing page development and optimization, digital advertising strategy, email promotion and more. We blew our conversion goals out of the water - achieving 140% of our lead generation goal. **What do you like best about SmartAcre?** What I appreciate the most about SmartAcre is their commitment to achieving our strategic and team goals.
