What I liked most was how quick and stress-free the entire process was. I was able to complete it under 10 minutes, and the experience was very straightforward. If I had to pick something, I'd say the UI/UX could use a bit more polish. For example, a couple of dropdown selections didn't quite match the context of the questions. I liked how thoughtful the questions were in the smart screening. I find that was more effective as a first step as opposed to having repetitive questions in terms of my background and experience which I would have to answer again during an interview with a hiring manager.

The biggest thing I didn't like is not having the ability to access my answers after submission. I would have appreciated having access to them especially if I received the opportunity to move forward with the next step in the interview process.

It would have been helpful to view the library of videos I record. So for example if I used all 3 tries to record my answer, I would have like to have the opportunity to view all the videos and select which one I'd like to go with in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
