Actually relevant questions that would matter on the job. I love that it has me make a video recording so that I can just answer the questions by talking instead of typing everything out. It's a lower mental overhead and I think listening to me talk gives a much clearer idea of how I operate and think.

Job Screening Experience with Caddie AI
I liked how thoughtful the questions were in the smart screening. I find that was more effective as a first step as opposed to having repetitive questions in terms of my background and experience which I would have to answer again during an interview with a hiring manager.
I liked how quick the feedback was in terms of how I did for the screening. I enjoyed having the ability to re-record my answer 3 times and having the opportunity to review them at the end before submitting.
