&lt;p&gt;Mendeley&#39;s cloud sync keeping a shared library current across a whole team&#39;s devices is honestly the detail that matters most for a research team of any size. Being able to flip between APA, AMA, and Harvard with one click saves a lot of manual reformatting.&lt;/p&gt;
