I haven't found this yet, but a lower price would be preferable. On several occasions, I have encountered difficulties when trying to upload documents that have the extensions of either docx or pdf. Very easy to signup and start using the platform. Even non-tech users can login and start sending documents. The drag and drop works well. Some users have mentioned timing out/logout issue. That can happen but that security is becoming common on cloud services. So just keep that in mind. Signaturely made it easy to quickly sign a PDF document and send it to my business partners so quickly, and we started with their free version and now we love it. Signaturely has a user-friendly interface, so it's easy to set up and then use again and again. I run a business that requires digital signatures for large contracts and small, one page consent forms and Signaturely is useful for all purposes. It tracks the trail of signatures and also sends notifications when signatures are pending or completed. This is perfect because I don't have to remember the documents I need to keep track of when I send out multiple documents to one person for our onboarding. Documents have to be converted to pdf prior to upload and I haven't figured out the template system as yet but other than that, there's really not much to dislike about Signaturely. We now even use API to automate this with every phone meeting we schedule that requires NDA makes life easy and saves so much time.

Login timeout is really annoying. This should be 48h of non activity yet it is set by the login time so if I use every 20 minutes I still get logged out after short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy to use it is for my clients because they tend to be on the older side and the ease of use is extremely important for me. It gets the job done and it is easy to integrate with other tools.
