Having different areas for all your templates in a joy to be in, other softwares ive tried have juts been a bit clunky with these but sigaturley just make everything so smooth. Im never seaching around looking for this and that, everything has its own area and its easy to find. Plus for any reason you can find what you are looking for just use the search function and bam! its sitting right there. Plus they are legal contacts, No more storing papers or scanning them in and saving them somewhere in the cloud. That was always so messy in my mind an I wanted to reduce the amount of time spent doing stuff liek this and now ive saved up all those hours and can actually do other things now! Now for the people that arent super into tech, you dont have to worry at all. its super easy to use! youll not have any trouble at all, you literally set up a contract for example and you can track the entire thing, so dont stress at all. PLus you get email notifications when things have been signed so its like a set it and forget it kind thing. The platform makes the whole process pretty straightforward. Their workflow is iuntuitive and easy to use. It literally took us less than an hour, to on-board all the users. We have integrated it with our Dropbox and Google Drive, and its quite helpful in pulling documents straight from our cloud storage. Since we have a fixed type of agreement requirements, my team has created 'templates' for them, and all we have to do is select from the mini template gallery, change the specific details, and voila, it's done! Of course, there are AI based templates that we haven't started using extensively, yet. But it does seem like the way forward, particularly for those who use e-signature workflows a lot. Although it has not been needed as much, but ocassionally we have been pleasantly surprised with the support team's promptness with some real complex questions. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** Nothing much to dislike, really. It would be great if other formats were included as well, although I understand the limitation. I'll keep on updating my review, if I'll see any. **What problems is Signaturely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signaturely have been helping us manage the legal and contract documents. Signaturely has saved a tremendous amount of time by allowing me to create template where my teammates also can contribute and send it to the person who needs to sign it. Basically, there are three steps: 1. Prepare the document 2. Send it 3. Sign it Although it may seem like something simple, Signaturely does it in a simple and agile way, allowing things to flow more quickly. Especially with older people or seniors who are not very technological, this platform is more intuitive than others and makes their work easier. ### 47. User interface is clean. Has potential but requires improvement in basic feature settings. Unfortunately, not intuitively to use. Instructions and structured hints are missing. Really smooth and transparent process workflow with external parties. Meticulous status reporting. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** To put that first: I'm going to keep Signaturely because of the feature set. But it is not love-at-first-sight, more a good approach with room to improve. Totally annoying is that the system requires the user to remove all "Me" fields in a document while not being transparent which fields are actually "Me" because nothing was ever assigned to "Me". Unfortunately, the system use is absolutely not intuitive and the help provided just leaves one clueless. This is especially negative as it is absolutely not required to pre-assign any "Me" fields when the purpose of the application is to collect external signatures. It would be easy to differentiate if I want to send out an invoice intentionally signed by "Me" or a contract required to be signed by an external "someone". Easy to improve flaw though. Hoping for a system update here because document handling is so unnecessarily complicated compared to the perfect workflow. What I also dislike is that the signing process adds 2 more pages to a document. Having used Acrobat Sign in the past where you get just one additional stamp on the document with the respective confirmation, this seems pretty excessive. It is working, but just not optimal, especially considering the fact that the same lengthy information could be squeezed into 1/2 of a page easily. **What problems is Signaturely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing an easy approach to electronically signing documents that are not only PDF. Smooth process workflow. Just not optimal that 2 more pages are added to every document to verify the approval process. For instance Acrobat Sign is having all information included in just one stamp on the original document. ### 48.
