How much does Signaturely cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Signaturely pricing in 2026 starts at $25.00 and can reach $50.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Signaturely's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Signaturely pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Signaturely's pricing is best suited for small businesses with fewer than 50 employees, which represent the vast majority of reviewers. G2 users in consulting, marketing, accounting, legal services, and real estate report the strongest satisfaction, particularly on the Business plan where unlimited signatures and templates justify the $50.00/month cost. Solopreneurs and freelancers with low monthly signing volumes find the free tier or Personal plan adequate. G2 reviewers from mid-market companies also use Signaturely successfully for team-wide contract workflows. Signaturely's pricing is less ideal for enterprise users requiring deep CRM integrations or advanced customization, as several G2 reviewers flag limited third-party integrations as a drawback.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Signaturely?

Signaturely's free tier limits users to just 1 signature request per month and zero templates, making it suitable only for very occasional signing needs. G2 reviewers frequently cite these caps as the primary reason for upgrading. Signaturely's Personal plan at $25.00/month raises the limit to 5 requests and 1 template, while Signaturely's Business plan at $50.00/month unlocks unlimited signatures, unlimited templates, team management, and custom business branding. According to G2 users, the jump from free to Business is the most impactful upgrade, particularly for teams handling recurring contracts, as the unlimited template and signature access dramatically improves workflow efficiency.

Is Signaturely considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly consider Signaturely good value, with the platform earning a near-perfect average rating. Reviewers across consulting, legal, accounting, and marketing industries consistently cite it as a cost-effective alternative to DocuSign and HelloSign. G2 users frequently highlight that Signaturely's Business plan at $50.00/month delivers unlimited signatures and templates at a fraction of competitor pricing. Some G2 reviewers note the Personal plan at $25.00/month feels steep for only 5 signature requests, and a few mention the API costs as an added burden. Overall, the consensus across G2 reviews of Signaturely is that the value-to-price ratio strongly favors small businesses with moderate-to-high signing volumes.

What do you like best about Signaturely?

It's unlimited signature make it most affordable out there. I have used eSignatures.io in the past and have to bear cost for each signature. Also, Signaturely integration with cloud storage has made sharing pdf files easier with external users. Their interface is easy and friendly too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

Fewer integrations with third part apps, but this wasn't a deal breaker at all for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
