It has also been extremely reliable every time I have used it, and works well on PC as well as on mobile devices. I found ease of use to be very helpful, in that e-signature request recipients who had never signed documents electronically had no problem reviewing and executing documents on their phones -- and thus didn't delay or disrupt the workflow. Their free plan works well for casual users, and provides a good opportunity to evaluate the software/service in real life situations. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** Once a document is uploaded, it would be nice to have a "single button" command to set it up for signature (as opposed to "Options" => "Edit & Resend", which is a bit counter-intuitive). **What problems is Signaturely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly circulate documents that need to be signed, and allow signators/recipients who are on the road; or cannot access a computer to print and sign PDFs; or are not computer savvy, to e-sign and return the signed documents with ease -- and do so inexpensively. ### 2. Literally, it takes me about 6 mintes to edit my document in Google Drive, bring it into Signaturely, add 4 fields, enter my own signature, add the client's email, and send it. I don't waste tome snd it's super easy. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** On rare occasions the API connection to Google Drive has failed and I've had to reconnect it. I think is a great user experience for both, the person that sings and the person that requests the sign. On the other hand, I think a better referral program would benefit everybody. It includes a lot of features for power users that are only available on prohibitively expensive plans from other provides. It's really straight forward to use - and I find it much more intuitive than one of the better known signature tools that I previously subscribed to. Setting up signature requests is effortless, and it's easy to see what I need to do to prepare the document. The interface has clearly been designed with the user in mind, it's very clear and you don't have to click through twenty different menu options to add people to the document. I often deal with complex documents with multiple signatures and other fields and doing this is signaturely takes a fraction of the time compared to the tools I previously used. It's also a great experience on the user side - I no longer get emails back from people saying "how do I sign this, it's not letting me finalise the document" which saves me a lot of time and frustration as well. One of the big selling points for me was the ability to create multiple different templates on the business plan, rather than this being limited to just a couple. This really accelerates productivity for me, alongside the various integrations that Signaturely offers. Really valuable tool that offers far more value and far more simplicity than other signature platforms that I've used. Really happy to have signaturely as part of my daily business toolkit. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** I honestly can't think of any significant downsides to this tool. I have used to other well known signature platforms before this. I tested signaturely and was cautious because when I started using it it was a relatively new product but it far exceeded my expectations, and I now use it exclusively for sending documents for signature. **What problems is Signaturely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signaturely takes a much better approach than other products in this field - they aren't constantly trying to upsell me to additional features, and the value of the various plans is incredibly competitive. I was paying a lot more each month for a much more limited feature set from another tool, so the major problem that Signaturely solves for me is flexbility, and simplicity. I don't have lots of time to set up documents for signing - Signaturely is much quicker to use than the other platforms. As a small but complex business I don't have the huge budgets that other signature tools seem to expect for preparing and signing complex documents, so signaturely offers real power but is very cost effective. ### 13. To get a document signed, it took me about 5 minutes to set up. All what I need to do is to upload a template document (in my case it is lecturing agreement), and then indicate signatures and / or initials to the right places in the pages, and specify it as the document to sign. I can select whether it is Me only to sign, or Me and Others. And then send the documents to the right person. It is super easy and intuitive. I also like that Signaturely is very rich in features. The newly released API is wonderful, in addition to the current Sign and Form features. The speed of Signaturely is also excellent - pages and documents loaded extremely fast. **What do you dislike about Signaturely?** While the app is very intuitive, I think it would be much greater to have some ready-made templates. I can easily create templates based on what I have, but ready-made or sample templates can be much more welcome and helpful. Also, some tutorials that help to fully exploit the app can also be great! **What problems is Signaturely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signaturely is an easy to use and effective solution for my e-signing. At first it can be quite unfamiliar practice comparing to physical signature, but once I get use to it, it is super convenient.
