I like how it allows me to see everything I need to regarding messaging and A2P compliance in one, organized space, without having to jump from page to page to see what I need to see. I also love how easily it integrates with softwares that I already use, such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc. It is also very fast, and I have never had issues with lag or downtimes. I also think the pricing is very reasonable, as it is priced per use. The support team has also been incredibly helpful, and has been there whenever I have issues. What do you dislike about Signal House? I have only had one issue with SignalHouse, and it was an issue on my end. My experience onboarding has been smooth, other than hiccups that were not their fault. I also got nearly instant SMS brand approval, after being unable to get it successfully through Go High Level with many tries. The software is easy to use, it integrates well with my GHL dashboard, and I'm excited to finally be able to communicate with my customer by text -- an important thing when a traveler needs help in the middle of their trip! Pricing is excellent, less than the direct Twilio numbers. It was easy and fast to setup the approvals, the account, and the dialer. Maybe the porting process could have been a little clearer around time expectations -- but the delays, again, were not their fault but entirely on Go High Level. They reached out to me immediately as soon as I registered my account. They were always available when I had questions, which happened a few times because I am not highly technical. They were very helpful in fixing mistakes that I made when setting up my account. They made approval quick and easy. I will recommend them to others. They are competitively priced, and I felt well supported even though I am going to be a lower-volume customer. The system is simple and easy to use, which is perfect for someone who may need to link their small organization to a bulk SMS provider. They integrated directly with the software my business is already using, and the process was easy to manage (especially after conversations with their support team). You do have to conduct an on-camera interview for campaign approval, which is a compliance requirement to keep bad actors from sending spam messages and ruining it for true, legitimate SMS business use. One of my favorite things about Signal House is its A2P messaging. The approval process is incredibly fast—you can typically get A2P verified within 48 hours, which means you can start running SMS campaigns almost immediately instead of waiting around for weeks. On top of that, the text messaging capabilities are solid, and it's more affordable than most of the alternatives. Signal House automatically provides the sample marketing messages and business information needed to complete the application form, making the process incredibly easy and quick, taking only 5 minutes. I use the phone systems, the dialer, and the brand verification, and message 10DLC is super fast to do. Their pricing is better with no outrageous fees for brand campaigns, and they are quick with approvals, not taking weeks. The initial setup was super easy; you just make an account, and that's it. My A2P gets approved in like three days, which is amazing. I like that a lot. Their support is very helpful, responding within about five minutes, Monday through Friday, which I really appreciate. The whole process for A2P application is simplified and completed in less than five minutes, making it very efficient. I also think their pricing is pretty much the same as everyone else's, but the speed of approval is what makes it stand out.
