I love the support from Signal House; it's really good. They always solve your issues no matter what it is. And I love how it's very easy to use. It was my first time using it when I started my role as a customer service manager, but I learned it very quickly, and there's really nothing too complicated about it. What do you dislike about Signal House? So the only problem I've been having in Signal House is the numbers. For some reason, they are a little bit hard to understand. Like, after I buy a number, they should be appearing on another section called your numbers. And the numbers should be pending there. But for some reason, sometimes it doesn't happen. And I need to wait. I need to contact support, which can get a little bit annoying after it happens more than five times. But I've just solved this issue thanks to Naqi, a support agent! I use Signal House for high-volume SMS campaigns focused on outbound lead generation, and it has been the best platform for us. The platform solves our deliverability issues effectively; before, we had messages getting filtered or dropped, but with Signal House, delivery rates are noticeably higher and more consistent. I like how well-rounded the platform is for high-volume outbound SMS, particularly its deliverability. The campaign management tools make it easy to schedule, segment, and launch large outbound sends, and the analytics and reporting make it simple to see delivery, response, and engagement metrics. The number management helps with provisioning and rotation to maintain a healthy sender reputation, and it takes care of 10DLC registration and compliance. Another great aspect is the straightforward API and integration options for plugging into our existing workflows. Opt-out and compliance handling is built-in, which is critical at the volume we send. I really like that Signal House is native within GoHigh Level, which was one of my criteria. There are only a couple of options out there, and Signal House had the highest feature set for the lowest cost, which was a nice surprise. I'm really impressed with the live customer service, where people actually answer questions and fix your problems, like my recent interaction with Kanza, who stayed with me until my issues were resolved. This has allowed me to fully integrate everything without having to piece together multiple software platforms. Probably my main feature set that is missing currently in Signal House is the ability to have outbound calls, and that's obviously not the ability to do that just yet. The other thing is I need an app on my phone to be able to handle the calling directly from my phone. It's great that there's a dialer built into my desktop, but I'm mobile.
