They were a smaller organizaton and had a dedicated local team and corporate team in VT. Good experience **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** After a few years and becoming an approved vendor with many of the OEM's, local dealership treatment began to suffer. Our managers, some promoted and some left and we were then stuck with green peas. **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help solve the issues of SEM primarily. Helping us get set apart from the local competition. Again in the beginning it was a great change from Dealer.com. ### 2. The reporting system is reliable and the outputted data is represented in excel files. They can be easily manipulated in order to gather the needed data. **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** Netsertive is in overall an old program, it feels like there is no further development going on since it is stuck some years ago. It still does it's job but I think they should rethink their strategy, otherwise I feel like they will not catch up to the competitors. **Recommendations to others considering Netsertive:** Netsertive is outdated, be sure if it can provide all services you are needing. **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for dynamic ads and for campaign management. When you can interpret the reports, you will make better and more suited ads for your company/product. ### 5. Extremely happy **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better reaching consumers in the digital space. We have seen an increase in ROI as compared to other vendors. ### 6. Reports in excel format are laid out well with links to the creative. The search function works well enough. Hierarchy organizations for campaigns isn't too bad. Handles large video file uploads. Not a bad tool for non-designers, but professionals would find it lacking. **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** The builder is still Flash based (still as of late 2019). The builder layout is outdated and clunky, and not fully intuitive. No hot spot option. Except for a grid, there are no layout tools for positioning and alignment or guides, which makes layout work time consuming and frustrating (imagine manually lining up a bunch of buttons). Placements and Creative always need to be created separately. There's no option to automatically build them together, if there isn't a need for them to be separate. Creates more setup time. The system has no options for limiting logins to certain tasks, like builder, analyst, trafficker. Reports must be emailed to run; you can't just download them. Beyond an ad management tool upgrade about 2 years, the system gets little or no regular updates, especially the builder, which could use an overhaul. **Recommendations to others considering Netsertive:** There are more modern platforms out there for building rich media creative. Until Netsertive finally overhauls their Mixpo builder platform, I do not recommend it for professional ad designers. **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The service is best for my company for churning out simple in-banner video ads and outstream units. Anything more than this gets time consuming, and we use a more modern rich media tool for that. ### 7. We wish we could do more campaigns with them but the reality is that we are running fewer display ad campaigns these days. **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netsertive takes our display ad campaigns to the next level. They also are great about reporting all performance metrics **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** The wait time of 3-5 days isn’t always met. It would also be helpful if some ads could be JPGs instead of tags **Recommendations to others considering Netsertive:** Just be aware that the ads are only as good as the input **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are learning to be more specific on the order form so that we can limit back and forth for production. ### 9. It’s a like an old car. It gets you there but it feels like it will fall apart soon **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** It has bugs that get fixed by bandaids and not coding. It’s like a car that only runs if you hit it in the right place. “Yeah, she may look like a hunk a junk but she’ll get you there” **Recommendations to others considering Netsertive:** It’s a good service but it’s not a user friendly service **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for advertising mainly out stream video ads. It's very easy to use and the reporting is great! Very easy to export and it breaks down the data so it is easily explainable to clients at the end of their campaigns. **What do you dislike about Netsertive?** Sometimes generating reports would vary in time. Some days it would be a few seconds to generate a report, other days it would take a few minutes (occasionally it would freeze my browser but nothing major). **Recommendations to others considering Netsertive:** Generating reports faster would be great. **What problems is Netsertive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this a lot for our clients. I enjoy using it because it's very easy to use and is very intuitive. I especially love the reporting aspect. It's especially great that it generates an excel sheet that is cleanly organized and easily edited.
