It is very simple to track interactions with leads, set and manage tasks, add comments and notes per contact or company, and quickly access company data for cold calling and outreach. It is lacking deeper CRM tools such as: marketing automation, detailed reporting dashboards, workflow customization, integration with a wide range of external apps.
