Customer support is very responsive. You can access it from any device with a browser, so it is very ideal for remote teams. **What do you dislike about Lime Go?** It is lacking deeper CRM tools such as: marketing automation, detailed reporting dashboards, workflow customization, integration with a wide range of external apps. We chosed lImeGo because easy functions and low price. We do not need or want all the fancy new feature that we now have to pay for. Can you please make a "small company" eddition, less features and lower price as it was before. Missing an easier way to see the funnel for the number of calls, and by that I mean calls, from unanswered calls to calls to meetings, quotes, customers! **Recommendations to others considering Lime Go:** Perfect for sales and modern with a good interface.
