What do you like best about Signal House?

What I like most is how much simpler and cheaper this is compared to Twilio. The setup was easier than I expected and the support team actually helps you instead of just sending you docs.

I use it with GoHighLevel and the integration has been solid. A2P registration, numbers, and campaigns are way less painful than what I dealt with before. Delivery has been good, the dashboard is straightforward, and when something comes up, support responds fast and actually fixes it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

A few small things here and there. Sometimes error messages could be clearer, and there are some features I know they’re still working on. Nothing major, and nothing that’s been a deal breaker for me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signal House?

I really appreciate Signal House's affordability. It's a big factor for me since we send a lot of SMSes, and it significantly lowers my costs compared to Twilio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

Signal House has some issues being a newer team and obviously in growth stage. There's been some issues over the last couple of months with integrations and other software glitches when I was trying to use it with Go High Level. Also, the initial setup was very challenging. It wasn't integrating, and there was an issue with how to integrate it. It took me over two weeks, about a week and a half, to get it integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Hassan, thank you for providing feedback concerning your experience with us thus far! I looked back at your account and see that you joined during a time where GHL was pushing several updates that caused some collisions with app integrations. We sincerely apologize it took you longer to get setup than you had hoped, and that there was some bumpiness with the integration. That said, we've worked really closely with GHL to ensure that any such major updates are incorporated into our roadmap as well to avoid any issues, and we've been operating very smoothly since.
