I love using Sift to find people within my organization. There is no way to know everyone or know what department someone works in. Even if you know just a first name or part of a first name due to spelling concerns, it brings everyone up with a photo (if they have one) and its easy to find who you are looking for. I would still say the org chart, maybe add an option to expand all and close all? It gets a bit crowded and sometimes you just have to start fresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that you can open a colleague's Directory Card from the org chart by clicking on their image, *and* that it will open in a new tab. Some really cool features are having the employee's name pronunciation, time zone and local time at the top of their page too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When searching a colleague, if you select their Org Chart, there is no way to return to their Sift entry without clicking the browser back button, so this is not intuitive.

It would also be a nice feature if we could change the banner image at the top of our Directory Card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
