It is super easy to use, you can find out who works where within the company and easily find their contact information.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

It can be hard to search by specific team, so if you don't know someone's exact first/last name the search can take a bit.

Figuring out who someone reports to, getting contact information easily, and finding out who is an expert in areas I need help.

Ability to find Team Members via not only university but also interests and skills.

Feels very limited beyond the ability to search for Team Members. Also if someone didn't complete their Sift profile, then you are out of luck.

I use Sift to find Team Members across all our companies based on the need. Sometimes it's project related. Sometimes it's related to a hobby.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

All needed information on a person is found on their profile: picture, name, title, company, phone number(s), email, etc. I think it would be nice to add a birthday (optional field) so you can see when your fellow team members' birthdays are.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

Honestly nothing. I enjoy using Sift and use it almost daily. It's easy to navigate and all needed information is easy to find.

Where team members sit, contact information, titles of team members, etc.

Our team loves the customizations! The platform is incredibly intuitive, and the customer care and solutions engineers are second to none.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

We haven't found anything we dislike yet. Our pilot group is incredibly pleased with everything so far.

Make sure you go through the whole process to implement the platform, working closely with your rep and solutions engineer.

We are trying to bridge the gap between office culture and engagement. In this hybrid nature of our work life, it's essential for us to continuously offer engaging ways to know more about who we work with and where they like to focus their time and energy outside of work.

I love how simply I can find pertinent information, contact information, and other info for my coworkers.  As a remote employee, this makes it much simpler for me to communicate with team members I don't get to see on a daily basis.

The easy of finding people within my company, and the option to learn a little more about them!

I really wish there was the option to message people on Sift internally. Or have a networking feature, similar to Facebook, where people could comment on their profile.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

There are very few tools for small businesses that allow you to create a seamless org chart for employees in multiple countries. We struggled with having our org chart split up by country on multiple HR platforms, and it has been so valuable for us to have everyone listed in one place. It is also an excellent tool for new employees to review and get to know the team, especially as we scale very quickly. The tools we tried before Sift required you to manually drag and drop profiles onto a user-created tree, which was a huge time suck and was no better than creating the chart yourself in Figma. I also love the option to customize the required fields and input prompts, it makes the tool feel more tailored to your team, rather than yet another cookie-cutter ops tool.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I wish you had the option to enter and edit users directly on the site versus having edit and reupload the original CSV every time you need to make a change. The CSV is great for bulk-adding new employees but is a bit cumbersome for making one-off title changes.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have all of our employees on one cohesive org chart, no matter their location or employment type (full time, contractor, etc.), rather than relying on multiple HR tools to have separate location-based org charts.

Sift is an excellent solution to help develop employees and bring them closer together using technology.  Oh, it also works amazingly well as an org chart!

When you're new to the organization or to a team, or even new to working with other partners, you need to know who they are, what their role is, who's their leader, etc...Sift allows you to learn all of that.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

How seamless and easy it is to find the information I am looking for. The addition of "skills" and "interests" is a nice touch for finding someone who knows about a specific thing. The fact that there is a Mobile App is super helpful when on the go. Very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

No way (that I am familiar with) to customize my view. For example, If I only ever need to see a person's direct dial/extension number, I need to click into the profile to find it.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve for finding exactly who I need and by finding team members who may also be able to help. For example, the "skills" section is helpful for finding team members who are familiar with a particular topic.

Its very user friendly and makes the large space we work in a lot smaller

There is not much to dislike.  Sometimes I believe there is too many details expected of team members in order to complete their profile.

There are not many if any problems.  I would say from time to time this is a distraction from work when abused.  This is a HUGE benefit to get me familiar with Rocket and new teams I become involved with.

I like how fast the tool works and how many ways you can find data. The Org Chart is my favorite part!

Sift has intermittent outages. However, those are always resolved quickly.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

This is first company that I have had the pleasure of using SIFT. It is such a wonderful program and I wish every company had it.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

I have NOTHING to complain about ! I think this is an amazing platform.

Sift is a great tool to get in touch with co-workers and other departments where you may be misplaced the extension.    You can find out where they work and what their strengths are; everything you need is there.

There's nothing I dislike about Sift, and it's an excellent tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Sift:**

Please you need a search engine that will keep you and your company connect; you would do well to use Sift.

**What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I get a call on the phone and the person on the line does not know the extension they want but has the name, I can go to Sift and get that information.  When I don't see the extension of a department, I can go to Sift and get someone who knows it.

I love that we can add name pronunciations and pronouns. All the information is right there with just a click.

I cannot say that I dislike anything, but I do wish I could search by role sometimes.

I  use sift to find more information on a fellow team member, such as phone numbers, length of service, and contact info.

What I like most about Sift is the ability to connect to people who have similar interests as you.

I think that Sift can be a lot more aesthetic if purple was not used everywhere.

I have yet to come across any problems with Sift, but I did realize that being able to contact anyone within the FOC is very simple.

I can search for coworkers within my organization or sister companies and find out what they do for the company. Also, it gives me a good snapshot of that person's passions are and their experience.

Sift is a beneficial professional tool to have. It has been very helpful with communicating with team members and getting in touch at work with people I am not acquainted with.

I don't have any dislikes to share. This tool is useful for my job on a daily basis. I do not have any suggestions to make this professional tool better at this time.

I would recommend Sift not only to small companies but also large companies as it acts as a professional social media platform available to all companies where you follow everyone and like everything and have a transparent chain of command across your organizations. This type of clear Chain of command allows for the trust of subordinates and confidence of the company's goals.

Sift allows me to search for fellow team members not only by name, but by position, company, and even mutual interest! Though I have only used it for a few weeks, it has been so beneficial. I absolutely LOVE it.

**What do you like best about Sift?**

I love how you can add interests and find others with the same interests.

**What do you dislike about Sift?**

The semi-annoying part is when one of the interests is spelled one letter off, leaves out an "s" at the end, or someone has added "The" etc. This makes it hard for some people with similar interests to find each other due to the discrepancies and accuracy of the program. Maybe, a solution would be to suggest similar entries when someone types in their interests. such as, if someone begins saying "Flower" they can have a suggestion for the word "Flowers" and have a little bubble that tells the amount of team members who have also selected "Flowers". Just a suggestion.

Remind everyone to fill out their profiles! It dramatically impacts the usefulness of the product and is easy to do!

I am a part of a large organization, and sometimes it's nearly impossible to know who to go to for help; Sift makes it so easy!
