It's also great to learn about special interests that may match mine, like coffee roasting or Xbox gaming. Search is easy and showing other team member's location in the organization helps me better picture the people I work with and should be working with. The breakdown of a team member's profile is clean and easy to locate their skills. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. **What do you dislike about Sift?** The only dislike I have is that it isn't more colorful. **What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest flex Sift has is being able to search a fax number or phone number that is tied to a team member. Microsoft teams doesn't have that and it makes it difficult. Sift supports all options to reach a team member, even if you misspell their name. ### 34. The only thing I wish would be a requirement is publishing people's birthdays with the rest of their profile.
