What do you like best about Showell?

We LOVE how user friendly it is. It is so easy to navigate for our sales team. We have team members that are not very tech savvy, and this has made it super easy for them in particular to use and share links to their customers/prospects. We have been on the hunt for a platform/app just like this, and everyone is thrilled with it and really uses it frequently now - finding a resource/tool our team would actually use was a big challenge, and this worked beautifully because they made it easy. It's simple to setup, add files/videos and use We love that it is easily accessible and available via both desktop or mobile. It is also great how many different features it allows you to control and set up.

Our team LOVES that they can see when someone has opened the links they sent them, and they can see how many times the person has opened the links. That has been a key feature our team really values.

The customer service is outstanding and super fast - they all jump on it to fix whatever you need quickly, and they will continue to follow up to ensure you got the help you needed. From our initial sales guy to our account manager and customer service, each one has been incredibly sweet and on top of it to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this app. If you're looking for something simple to store and share assets with your team that your team will actually use, this would be it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showell?

One aspect we find somewhat limiting about Showell is the precision of its search functionality. Although the platform is generally effective for browsing and retrieving files, searching for specific documents, particularly within a large librarycan feel rather basic. The search feature does not always provide the refined filtering or advanced options found in tools like Google Scholar, such as filtering by keyword, date, file type, tags, or relevancy. What do you like best about Showell?

We did a thorough analysis on what options and tools were available on the market and we found that Showell was the best fit for us and we have been using it now for seven years. We have a global network of salespeople all over the world and Showell has proven to be a great tool to effectively deliver the content. Our sales team has found Showell to be very easy and fun to use. It enables our sales team to make a professional appearance with customers. Also, the admin side is fast and easy to use. The analytics features provide useful information for admins. There is a lot of useful functionality in the Showell app, and the functionality has been developing constantly. The Showell support has been working excellently, whenever we have had any questions. We have seen a great return on the investment in Showell. What do you like best about Showell?

Showell is excellent for presenting and sharing materials with customers. It allows us to easily monitor which of our materials are current and provides insight into how they are being used and downloaded. The analytics feature offers a clear overview of which materials are actually being viewed, which helps us refine and improve the structure of our content.

Setting up the system was fairly simple, but have to add a caveat for the fact that I'd been using the same system previously, so didn't have to start learning from scratch.

What do you like best about Showell?

We love so many things about Showell, but our top three would be:

1) Analytics: Our sales team loves the analytics providing real time feedback regarding open rates and engagement with documents shared with prospective and current customers.

2) Easy Back End Integration & Management of Content: The interface on the admin and user side is intuitive, easy-to-use and when needed - our Showell Customer Success Manager - Jonna is an email away.

3) Easily Scalable & Teachable: Showell has enabled our company to scale easily. We have grown from a handful of users to over 50 in little over a year. It has provided us with a professional customer facing digital showroom used by our team everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard to think of something we dislike. Our onboarding was incredibly smooth. The backend integration and syncing to One Drive is pretty seamless. Like any tool, it took some time to cater our content and learn all the features, but their team was instrumental in helping us build it correctly from the start. I appreciate Showell for the ability to share content directly with customers without intermediate storage, which makes the process quick and efficient. What do you like best about Showell?

I appreciate that Showell allows salespeople to have all the necessary sales support tools, such as brochures, product presentations, videos, and other commercial documents, available offline. This is particularly beneficial in our sector where agricultural businesses and farmers often do not have internet access. The offline functionality is therefore really interesting as it allows for product presentations even in areas without internet. Furthermore, I positively evaluate the responsiveness of Showell's support, which is remarkable and highly appreciated, as it contributes to a better user experience by quickly resolving encountered issues. What do you dislike about Showell?

I find several aspects of Showell that could be greatly improved. Firstly, it takes a lot of time for users to become fully operational, mainly due to the lack of intuitiveness when logging in with the domain name 'kvernelandgroup' instead of the email, which often leads to blockages and calls to support. Then, the stability of the content is a recurring issue: sometimes, French dealers access content in English instead of French, and some presentations that are supposed to be viewable offline require an unexpected download. This becomes very problematic when our salespeople are in meetings without an internet connection. Moreover, the content hierarchy is complex, requiring up to six clicks to access a presentation, which discourages use. The contact form is also unstable, sometimes non-functional offline, and can lead to data loss during entry.
