**What do you like best about Therefore™?**

We are a manufacturer's representative representing 12-15 companies. It isn't easy to find software that makes sense for us. Therefore is very easily customizable, allowing us to index documents in a variety of ways to make it easy to find in the system.  It also checks out the document for editing so that you always have the most up-to-date version with no duplications.

**What do you dislike about Therefore™?**

Updating versions is complicated and usually requires help from the Therefore staff, which is an hourly fee on top of the yearly price that you pay for maintenance.

**What problems is Therefore™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Therefore allowed us to become paperless saving us time from filing and it put all of our documents in one place.

sometimes takes a bit to save, also doesnt save images very well

no need to keep any files, everything is saved in therefore
