It was very similar to Eventbrite and a local company. My co-worker called and was immediately connected with someone regarding our event we promoted. I have also used it for tickets and it was easy to use and easy to get my tickets. **What do you dislike about ShowClix?** Not as many options as other sites YET. I used it for an event my company put together but there aren't as many options for events to do around my city. I would only use it for specific events that I know I can retrieve from there and not for browsing the city for things to do on a weekly basis. **Recommendations to others considering ShowClix:** I think it's a great site to use if you need an easy site to set up ticket purchasing for an event. You can easily use it for one-time use, and I think it's relatively simple to maneuver. **What problems is ShowClix solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company has tried to use ShowClix in the past being from Pittsburgh and wanting to be local. However, it's a little less know than sites like Eventbrite so it was easier to use Eventbrite for some evenets over ShowClix. ### 2. It allows us to track our favorite artists, for which we can search for them manually or even import them from Last.fm, so that when the time comes, we are notified of nearby concerts, where we can add our attendance, and even create a widget to show the concerts we plan to attend. **What do you dislike about ShowClix?** To be able to see it, some patience is necessary, as in terms of speed it is not as smooth as it should be.
