ShipWorks Hub is a cloud-based platform that allows you to seamless transfer data to and from any system, including your ERP or WMS. **What do you like best about ShipWorks?**

I like the ease of printing labels through Shipworks, when it works at least which it really doesn't sometimes. Expect to reinstall your printer drivers many times.

**What do you dislike about ShipWorks?**

We do not like the interface of Shipworks, we do not like having to constantly reconfigure our printers. Shipworks also does not properly send follow up emails to customers at all, a huge headache that never worked forcing us to look for alternatives for delivering tracking information and other emails to customers which should have worked better on Shipworks.

**What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping products, sending customers tracking information, printing labels, and checking status of orders. We realized Shipworks is not a good fit for us.
