Hands down, I appreciate their customer service more than anything else. Our rep, Paul Diaz, has gotten us every answer within the hour we asked. He has gone to bat for us to help with budgeting, he helped us get multiple languages of the training loaded into our system, and he is willing to jump on a call instead of forcing everything through email.
The programming they have sent us is good - it is relevant, modern, and incredibly interactive. This program is much more affordable than what we were using before and the updates to the videos are much better than our previous courses.
Implementing the training into our LMS was so easy! The team sent over scorm files and within minutes we were plugged in and ready to train.
I just don't have enough good things to say about Paul and the team at Shift. They made everything from budgeting to launch smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have any complaints. The only things they haven't delivered that I was hoping for was training in Ukrainian. That is a LONG stretch for accessible training, but if they had it I would have been the town hero at my office. Outside of that, there are no issues with Shift at all.
