What do you like best about SHIELD Analytics?

Filtering analytics by post + having multiple accounts to track on a dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?

The data is suuuuper messy to actually make sense of. The filtering of dates is very wonky (you click Mon-Sun and it'll pull Tues-Fri for example) and on occassion there will be weekly data missing for key accounts we track.

Terrible support. The product is overpriced and when I'm unable to access it, I won't be able to get access again for days, because that's how long it takes to get a resolution from customer support. The idea of being able to track all your LinkedIn account performance at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?

The onboarding is complex. You can't simply add team members, but you need to use an external form to add new users to your team. Pretty much every action needs to be done through the customer support.

And yeah, if you care about your LinkedIn profile, don't bother with this tool. Got restricted in less than a hour after installing their extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SHIELD Analytics?

In my case, we use it both as a corporate tool and as a personal one. I like that I can review both usages without having to log off and log on. The set of metrics is spot on. Super useful to know what works and what doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to be able to detect somewhat easier what time of the day is the one that has more engagement rates. I mean, I know the better days, but the hour of posting is key. So far it's the only thing I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Didn't manage to get access because it's rather clunky in all aspects. Probably work better for personal branding, just as marketed, but not great for company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is clunky. I work in tech myself (a different industry) but this is a very undeveloped tool in comparison with others on the market. The website is hard to navigate and it was almost impossible to get help or training/support from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that you can see all the metrics that LinkedIn doesn't show you. You can see exactly how well your personal account is reaching the right people. And honestly, I don't know of any competitors.
