- Timing of cash: how fast the client is willing to pay. Up-front vs paying as they use.
- Length of commitment: how long is the client willing to commit to the product or service. Longer vs shorter
- Timing of the deal: when the client is going to actually make the commitment. To forecast accurately

accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase SHIELD Analytics must be conducted with the
seller.
