The filtering of dates is very wonky (you click Mon-Sun and it'll pull Tues-Fri for example) and on occasion there will be weekly data missing for key accounts we track. You can't simply add team members, but you need to use an external form to add new users to your team. Pretty much every action needs to be done through the customer support And yeah, if you care about your LinkedIn profile, don't bother with this tool. I like that I can review both usages without having to log off and log on. The set of metrics is spot on. Super useful to know what works and what doesn't. **What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?** I would love to be able to detect somewhat easier what time of the day is the one that has more engagement rates. I mean, I know the better days, but the hour of posting is key. So far it's the only thing I can think of. **What problems is SHIELD Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to determine the kind of content that works best, the one that is prone to get more engagement, the content that doesn't work, etc. The main problem it solves is not knowing what kind of content helps you grow organically. ### 6. It also shows me which ones had the most engagement rate which is highly beneficial in curating future content. **What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?** There's nothing about the tool that I dislike as of now. **Recommendations to others considering SHIELD Analytics:** I've experimented with various tools for Linkedin Analytics, but shield turns out to be the best among all. You can see exactly how well your personal account is reaching the right people. And honestly, I don't know of any competitors. SHIELD is providing a service that I haven't seen matched by anyone else. **What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?** Nothing at all! I just wish I could get it comped by my company. I honestly think that personal branding and employee advocacy are crucial to every B2B company's success so every B2B company should include SHIELD in their tech stack. **What problems is SHIELD Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see which of my personal posts are performing and which are lacking. The platform goes above and beyond what you get in LinkedIn by providing helpful visuals, comparative metrics (based on the timeframe of your choice), sortable lists and more. As a heavy LinkedIn content creator, SHIELD has helped me step up my game, increase the reach of my content, grow my follower base and create more impactful content. **What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics?** Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with an answer here. I guess the lack of a mobile app is the biggest downer for me, but honestly, I'm so used to using the desktop platform it really doesn't bother me. **What problems is SHIELD Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since using SHIELD, I have a MUCH better understanding of what content my audience loves and what content falls flat.
