The data is suuuuper messy to actually make sense of. The filtering of dates is very wonky (you click Mon-Sun and it'll pull Tues-Fri for example) and on occassion there will be weekly data missing for key accounts we track. The product is overpriced and when I'm unable to access it, I won't be able to get access again for days, because that's how long it takes to get a resolution from customer support. The idea of being able to track all your LinkedIn account performance at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SHIELD Analytics? The onboarding is complex. You can't simply add team members, but you need to use an external form to add new users to your team. Pretty much every action needs to be done through the customer support.
