The ability of the SetSail automation to capture and log into SFDC Task and Event records on behalf of the sales and support teams, especially given the large number of Accounts within the CRM, it's quite impressive how the platform is able to build logic to drill down to the correct account and opportunity. The SetSail team has worked very closely with us to ensure that we are able to configure, customize and capture signals for use in data science work and has helped us to develop some creative solutions to provide better coaching opportunities to front-line managers on their sellers' performance.
