&lt;p&gt;I’d expect the first benefit to be time saved, but the more meaningful test is whether suppliers actually change behavior once the scorecards become consistent and visible. I’d track whether repeated quality, delivery, or risk issues improve after suppliers receive automated performance feedback. If the scores update automatically but never influence corrective actions or sourcing decisions, the automation is mostly reporting efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;
