I use Edge for work and chrome for personal use. Due to there is no plug-in, I must have a window open the whole time and log in from while to while. The SetSail team has worked very closely with us to ensure that we are able to configure, customize and capture signals for use in data science work and has helped us to develop some creative solutions to provide better coaching opportunities to front-line managers on their sellers' performance. **What do you dislike about SetSail?** Would love to see an even tighter integration with SFDC so that some of the gamification features would reside within the CRM, which is where leadership wants them to be :) **What problems is SetSail solving and how is that benefiting you?** SetSail is automating a large amount of data collection without asking sellers to change their behavior or interrupting their day-to-day workflow.
