**What do you like best about ServiceSource?**

The system, although a little slow to learn, really has helped in understanding what our customers need to generate positive closure. From start to finish, we know how to keep our clientele happy and it has helped to create additional sales and new contracts from existing customers.

**What do you dislike about ServiceSource?**

It was hard to get consistent help from the same person or team. Don't knoe if that is due to high turnover or just their process.

**What problems is ServiceSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely helps to bridge the gap between the beginning and end of a project with a customer. Helps to buid raport in places we qpuld not normally think of.

**What do you like best about ServiceSource?**

The fact that it's cloud-based means I can manage this from wherever I am. Very flexible.

**What do you dislike about ServiceSource?**

Product integration with other tools can be daunting if inexperienced.

**What problems is ServiceSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health metrics helps our business understand which customers we should focus on. This helps with customer retention.
