"The best training tool!!!"
What do you like best about ServiceSim?

I really enjoyed using the ServiceSim. This is a great interactive tool that can be used for new training so new comers can know what to expect. It is also a key tool to use to assist agents that may be struggling in certain areas gain the confidence they may need to perform majority of the requests that our customers may have. What do you dislike about ServiceSim?

The only down side is having to communicate with the AI, and having to make up things along the way as far as certain account information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
