
It's easy to manage multiple social media accounts on Sendible. It's easy for several members of the team to access what they need. We particularly like the functionality around custom tags and being able to group the accounts using profile groups. It's also easy to use, viewing the calendar and easy to schedule posts. We use the approvals function too, and it all works well for us! The account management and responsiveness of the customer support team have been excellent. I use Sendible every day. I think there is room for improvement in the reporting. But have to say the team were able to help when we reported issues and Sendible do seem to be developing and improving the platform all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
